"We had a wonderful stay in Miskolctapolca which exceeded our expectations! The accommodations were incredibly clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, the hostess was friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect, just a short neighborhood walk from the many pools and attractions. "We had a lovely stay in this apartment hotel. With 3 of us, the one bedroom suite with the living room sofa bed converted (and 1 bathroom) worked well for us. Beds were so comfortable, we were offered a pillow menu too, which was helpful. Minor issue was that the AC unit in the bedroom was not working, and while the one in the living room did work, that did not help us in our room! "Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable reception. Quiet room, large and clean in second floor over restaurant. Outdoor stairs to the floor. Breakfast more than sufficient but not overwhelming. Attentive staff. "

"Der Außenbereich war wunderschön, nur bei der Überdachung vor dem Pool müssten die bienennester entfernt werden, in den Bäder müsste besser geputzt werden vorallem wenn man mit Kindern anreist erwartet man ein sauberes Bad!. auch der restliche Boden und der Teppich sollten besser gereinigt werden da ist noch viel Luft nach oben was die Sauberkeit betrifft, ansich liegt das Haus sehr gut um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Es gibt auch viele kleine Mängel die beseitigt werden müssen. "

No check in desk but was not a problem for me because of my arrival time was within check in hours. I came over the Christmas period and somebody even met me on Christmas Day to give me access to the property so I was impressed with that.
