"Princess Wilderness Lodge overbooked and cancelled our reservation 3 days before our vacation. This impacted excursions we had planned. I called the front desk for help with how to handle the excursions that were impacted and was told a manager would call back and assist. No one ever called back. Was told by the hotel that we ended up in that Princess overbooking last minute happens on a regular basis. Extremely disappointing experience. Book with caution!"

"We booked 2 double beds, as I was traveling with my 18 year old son. We got a king bed first. but the staff was very accommodating with changing our room upon request to what was originally booked. Busy place with tour buses and crowds. so no room at the 1 nice restaurant without reservations. Food at pub was mediocre, but the staff was excellent,"

There are no elevator in any of the cabins. This makes it difficult to get luggage to your room if on the second floor.
