"We enjoyed the location. Amazing view every morning with coffee and tea. Watching the boats come in and out of the bay was fun. We saw sea turtles and glow worms, as advertised. Christine was quick to answer our questions and check in was effortless. We enjoyed paddle boards, a tandem kayak around the bay, and the anchored floating raft. You could not ask for anything more. We are already planning another stay. "

"Una buena experiencia. El hotel no está tan céntrico en Hamilton, pero está a unos 20 minutos caminando de la calle principal. El área es segura, tranquila. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y tienen todo lo necesario para estadías largas, incluyendo refrigeradora, cocina completa, vajilla, área para comer y sala pequeña. Muy recomendable si alguien busca viajar por varios días a Bermuda y quiere evitar un gasto grande en los hoteles tradicionales"

"Jody was so kind and knowledgeable. The view from his place was exceptional. The property was large, beautiful and everything you needed was supplied by Jody. Jody picked us up at the airport, it was fun to chat with him and learn more about Bermuda. I highly recommend this property."

"We just spent five days at Ben's house in Somerset and had a magnificent time celebrating my mother's 85th birthday. We were a group of 12 of all ages coming from different countries and the house fit us perfectly with everyone having their own rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bedding and towels for all. There were perfect gathering spaces (veranda, indoor dining, outdoor dining and living room) for every type of weather and activity and we had room to be together and also to read and relax on...

"I travel to Bermuda on business several times a year and have stayed at a host of different places from resorts/hotels to rentals and this one is hands down the best so far.Spacious and clean with all of the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The water pressure was the best I've experience on island and having a grocery store less than a 1/2 mile away was super convenient (although it is closed on Sundays).Austin was a great host and I plan on staying with him again!"

The location is out of this world-overlooking the ocean with just steps down to a secluded beach that feels almost like a private beach. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. "My family just returned from 4 nights at this property. It had everything we needed to make it a great stay. The property was clean, well air conditioned and the views were amazing. Bring water shoes for trips down to the water. Transportation from the house to various spots on the island is very expensive so prepare for that. Our host was very responsive.
