"I`m booking the Isann Villa. Special offer with good price. I`m arrieved the Isann Villa and the staff told me.... I must change the Villa. Why ?... Staff gave me no details. The new Villa was the Sothea Hom Villa. This Villa was very outside ! 10 min. walk to Main Street. 2,5 km to the Night Market, Very outside. Lot of cost for Tuk Tuk. The Room was big, clean and nice. Ther Manager and the Staff was friendly. The Sothea Villa had not a Pool. In the Room no Cool Box for drinks !"

"The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. "The hotel team were wonderful and made you feel very welcomed. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and did a super job looking after our needs. We were up early on day 1 to Angkor Wat so they put us together a breakfast picnic. Such a wonderful gesture. The room and private pool could do with updating to make this a true 5 star room. Close to the city and safe quiet area."
