"Breakfast was really good with variety. Location is with short walking distance of train station."

"We only stayed one night at this comfortable hotel in beautiful Basel. Breakfast good, beds excellent and shower just the job. Staff very helpful in retrieving lost insulin. We’ll be back!"

"A great hotel, lovely staff, clean rooms and facilities plus the best steak tartare I’ve had in Basel so far"

"Gr eat location. Super clean"

"Overall clean nice hotel."

"A member of my party was under the weather by the time we reached Basel. I had contacted them asking to see if we could have an earlier check-in to rest. The staff on duty got us in earlier than scheduled and was utterly sweet. Hats off to you and your team of understanding polyglots. We had booked an upstairs/downstairs room. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which provided a lovely variety of options and gave us a good start to the day. The dinner menu was limited and expensive, but there are a few other restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff were all excellent and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and our...

"A good hotel in a great location. There were some issues with the elevator, which wasn't working during our stay, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The check-in process was unnecessarily convoluted; it could certainly have been much more expeditious. All in all, it was a very good stay."

"Although the room was small it was perfect for me, clean, comfortable and more importantly, the location was quite central."

"Easy to access room. Very quiet room"

"This is a brilliant hotel with traditional values and modern thinking. A very good location and was bale to walk to the centre of Basel within 5 minutes, Congress centre and sightseeing landmarks."
