"property was not bad but the listing was bad, there is no restaurants around as advertised on the listing, property location not good we couldn't take a nice walk at night because the neighborhood was not safe. the other bad thing is the damage deposit policy they take too long to return your money back, 14 days . I will think twice before using VRBO again"

"The location is great, you're within 10 to 15 minutes to so many different restaurants, bars and the mall. Great views and the building staff were so nice and helpful. We will rent this place again when we visit sometime soon. "

"Is an excellent place to stay with family, we were at 6th floor it has a nice view to the city, each rooms has a big windows. The communication with the person in charge Karla was friendly, helpful and quickly. Always resolving our necessities. If I have to travel back to Guatemala I will use this place again, recommending 100% "
