"The property was secured by both a 24 hour front desk and a key locked internal and external door, so I didn't feel unsafe in the property, but I didn't feel safe being out past 8 or 9 at night without taking a cab back to the property. This should be considered when booking the hotel. It's a very handy location to town and busses. In saying that the room was huge, the beds and bedding comfortable. "The property was clean, was a bit out of the nicer area. Had an issue with the TV on day 3 manager came and looked at it couldn’t fix it and that was the last we heard. Front desk on checking out not super friendly!! But overall enjoyed our stay in Auckland "
