All staff were friendly, with Allie in the Gift Store standing out for her personable demeanor, kindness, and helpfulness. "We had a wonderful 3 night stay, the studio apartment, dog friendly was perfect for us. Only couple of tiny maintenance issues. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they made our stay special. Food was good for breakfast and dinner. Our only disappointment was Tarbert was totally closed! Got the ferry over which was lovely, but not even a cafe open so came back in next ferry. "

Easy to book, called a couple of times before to discuss arrival times and confirm bookings, staff were pleaseant and helpful on the call. On arrival on a busy and noisy Friday night, staff again were lovely and helpful, locals/regulars didnt stare or make us feel unwelcome, found parking right in front of the property, basically it was seamless - very welcome after a long night drive. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped and clean....
