"We had a great stay at Duncan House. The location is excellent- easy walking distance to great restaurants (we highly recommend Smokin Fins) and close to some fantastic running trails. If you run, definitely check out the Mary Carter Greenway.Hosting From The Heart was wonderful to work with—very responsive and genuinely thoughtful hosts. We’d happily stay here again."

"We loved our stay in Littleton. The neighborhood was both quiet and peaceful while being fully walkable to downtown Littleton. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The outside of the home was not maintained very well, but the inside was. However, we did come across a black spider in the main shower, which was fine, but then when we had the spiders crawling across the pillows in one of the bedrooms that made us really uncomfortable. I did bring it to the owner’s attention and she just apologized and said she’d call someone to come out and spray. For what we paid, we shouldn’t have had to deal with spiders, especially in the bed."

"Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring!"

"One of our best experiences ever with VRBO. The house was nice. Very clean. Everything worked. Very comfortable for us while in town for a wedding. The open kitchen/dining/living room area led to more family interaction. Also, several walks on the beautiful Hi Line trail which is accessed 2 blocks away. Enjoyed some time on the back patio as well. Relaxed family time.I highly recommend this house and host.Tim"

"It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by."
