"A very cozy and professional apartment style hotel with friendly staff. Located next to a mall with variety of supermarket, restaurant and cloths. Within hotel got free laundry and my favourite ping pong table room with rubber floor mat. Front Desk/Amy was proactive and helpful in coordination for my groups of 11 pax transportation from Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Office daily return and last route Hotel to Train station all well arranged and negotiated a reasonable rebate price."

"There is no sign of hotel or anything. When I got there, there was a security downstairs and he was yelling at me and no help. I have to wait for someone passed by and someone help me to call that reception guy to come and get me downstairs. They don’t have reception desk at all. They use as one room for reception and that guy live in there. He smokes in that room. Our room is dirty, yuck and floor are popping up and blind are broken. "
