"This was the perfect place for us! We came with my parents for the 4th of July event. They have a long driveway area which was perfect for my bakery trailer after the event. The house is cute with all the amenities. After long busy days, it was great to sit and relax on the comfy couches watching tv. We will be back!"

"Nice place, it is all as advertised. Very well done property."

"We were very grateful to stay at such an adorable bungalow...super accessible and easy to walk to our favorite spots. The host was remarkable with communicating with our needs. We're dwindling stay again!!!"

"The location is perfect. Downtown and Ponderosa State Park are very walkable. The view from the patio perfect."

"Super cute place and perfect size for two people!"

"The property was exactly as described. Tankless water heater made it easy for all 4 adults to comfortably shower. Instructions were clear. We would stay again."

"It was smaller than the pictures showed, no AC at all, and the only bathroom is downstairs and it's small. It was a great place for my honeymoon, but wasn't expecting it to look so run down. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and it was beautifully decorated, just small for my taste, the hot tub was really nice, although the jets were messed up and not working half of the time. The host didn't respond to most of the questions I had which were very few, I had to call them...

"Clean place inside but the landscaping needed some love, stocked with all needs. Unfortunately a lot of traffic noise but for price it was tolerable. Courtney was an awesome host, great communication and understanding of plan changes."

"Courtney was absolutely amazing! I mixed up days but she smoothed it all out for me. She went above and beyond! We will definitely be staying there again. We make trips out there regularly. Easy walking distance to everything. Super cute place. My only suggestion is change the watering time so when we have to leave at ten, we aren’t running through sprinklers 😊"

"This cabin was even better than pictured! It’s less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to town. The cabin was comfortable and the hot tub was a great addition. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"All things were as expected. Had a good time and no problems noted."

"The condo was clean and looks like it did in the pictures…cute and modern. The only problem was that it did not show the two flights of stairs leading up to the front door. With elderly parents, this makes it a bit of a challenge. It was also very small for the price we paid for a week. My mom couldn’t even fit both their suitcases in the closet because one side was taken up with a hot water heater. It was also very warm in the upstairs loft bedroom. The air conditioning didn’t really touch up...

"The home was spacious and very clean. 2-bed and bathroom plenty of room and the kitchen had full supplies"

"At the top of hotel/ARBB priorities should be quality of ce the bed. Most people have traveled a significant distance and are needing a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. This made for an extremely soft and hot bed, which for my wife was non-issue but i weigh 200lbs and I had to move to the couch. We refused to stay the second...

"The condo is absolutely immaculate and has a gorgeous view."

"Communication could be better with check in and how to access parking garage below osprey lodge. Most restaurants and shops closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, which is when we stayed. Limited shops, restaurants open could have been communicated"
