Unidad 607 - Unidad de platino completamente actualizada con vistas sin obstáculos del paraíso

  • La unidad Islander 607 se encuentra en la aislada isla de vacaciones en Destin Florida a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. Este alquiler de condominios frente a la playa tiene capacidad para 6 personas con un rey en el dormitorio principal con TV de 32 ', completo en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama premium en la sala de estar. La playa de arena blanca de azúcar de Destin y las aguas esmeraldas están a sólo unos pasos y también se puede disfrutar con una hermosa vista desde su balcón privado.

    La unidad Islander 607 es completamente renovado con vistas al golfo sin obstáculos, muebles nuevos en ambos dormitorios, comedor y sala de estar, incluyendo un reclinatorio de cuero Lazy Boy. Otras actualizaciones incluyen: entrada sin llave, refrigerador reubicado para mejorar las líneas de visión, encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, ventiladores de techo y televisores de pantalla plana de gran tamaño en todas las habitaciones, pisos de tablones de vinilo y puertas correderas con espejo en las dos habitaciones, puertas de ducha de vidrio nuevas, ventanas corredizas nuevas puerta del balcón que conduce a las vistas panorámicas, y una ducha de gran tamaño en el baño principal.

My only complaint is the elevator was always out of order and elevator rides were rough. I would take the stairs but my knees do not allow that. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we missed was having a washer & dryer in the unit. It's nice to be able to wash you towels after a day at the beach. Also, having to walk to the other end of the other building to dump our trash was a bit of a pain. Hopefully they will have that issue resolved soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We opted for an ocean view u it and we were not disappointed. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds. My only concern were the floors. Although they were swept, they were not mopped efficiently. We don’t wear shoes in any home so this was an issue and there were not cleaning supplies to do it myself. The unit itself came equipped with all necessary items and we enjoyed our first stay here. I will admit, it’s quite expensive to rent any unit here but having the means to “your own home” is a plus for a week!!!

Unit 607 was beyond perfect and made it even tougher packing our bags up the morning of departure. From the cozy, beach decoration to the full kitchen, this unit felt like the perfect dream home. We have family not far from here and close to the beach but there is nothing like actually staying on the beach where you can see and hear the waves as well as feel the breeze 24/7. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The entire complex was clean and welcoming. Having beach toys for the kids in the room and the facility to use was a big plus and saved plenty of room in the car. The property location is perfect as you don’t have to sit in traffic on 98 to get here. We will definitely book another trip soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pricing has gotten really high. Families with 10 - 14 year olds were allowing their kids to throw balls/footballs in the pool with no concern for others who were also trying to enjoy their vacation. Three times the ball hit me right in the face (i wear prescription sunglasses to make matters worse!) We were not the only people complaining. There are just too many people enjoying a community pool for kids to be allowed to throw balls. It's not safe. They can take their balls and have a toss on the grassy areas around. With all the rules that are listed for the pool, this should certainly be one that is important. Second issue, while we realize that maintenance has to be done and certainly don't mind that, men were in the windows early in the morning, dangerous razor blades were on the ground in front of our entrance, we were blocked from getting to the elevator. Perhaps a little extra care could be taken while doing construction.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO but management needs improvement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our condo. The front desk staff and security at the Islander needs work. There were four teenagers spotted throughout the property on several occasions and the police responded on one of these occassions. At one time, I was in the laundry room and noticed the four teenagers who were hanging out in the laundry room with the lights off (it was pitch black) when I walked in. I noticed that none of them had Islander bracelets and were not doing laundry. I reported this to the front desk and the woman on duty seemed less than concerned. As the week progressed, I heard of several more issues with this same group of teens that were not guests at the Islander. I was very disappointed in the response I received and the continued lack of action taken by staff until the police were finally called to handle the situation. We have been coming to the Islander for nearly twenty years and I think this is the worst management that I've experienced.

This is our second stay. there have been improvements in the Islander . the condo was great the is extraordinary. the dolphins swam by every morning for Coffee time on the balcony.

We retired last year and stayed 2.5 months while waiting on our home to be ready. We now live in Pensacola and still choose The Islander to vacation. Our group had 4 units for a week. Great condo for family

Enjoyed the condo, location was great, it was clean and pictures show exactly what you get! Beach and pool access were wonderful (especially the complementary chairs/umbrellas). Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, and anything else you would need. If I had to think of a con I would say the check-in time. The check-in process was great however, when we booked it stated that we could check in at 3pm but when we arrived the front desk stated that check in is guaranteed by 5pm. (somewhat misleading). Luckily our room was ready at 3pm. Overall, no complaints…We would come back for sure! 😄
