This premier luxury vacation home on the 9th floor of the St. Lucia building features spectacular views of the Gulf from the balcony and both bedrooms! St. Lucia 904 is West Indies inspired, professionally decorated, and boasts over 1300 sq. ft. of luxury vacation living space! The fully equipped gourmet open area kitchen features spacious countertops, where you can create your favorite meals from the comfort of your vacation home. Your full-size washer/dryer is also conveniently located off the kitchen area.

Sleeps 6 comfortably — the Master suite features a King-sized bed and private bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower and double sinks. The Guest Bedroom also has a King-sized bed and has an adjacent oversize bath with a tile shower. Both bedrooms have private entrances to the balcony, and large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. Also there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living area.

Amazing property!! Very clean! Fast elevators! Wonderful amenities! Very centrally located!! No complaints except, never got a response from any messages I sent to the host and there is no “person” to speak to at the property either. Just a phone number with automated messages and you can leave a message.

Clean and spacious condo

We enjoyed the stay. Both bedrooms have views of the gulf and access to the back deck. The property has great security and perimeter fencing, so don’t forget to take the fob (like we did) when walking to the beach or The Back Porch! Also since we used Uber instead of renting a car, getting groceries was tricky since there are no stores within walking distance. We enjoyed the tiki bar right behind the main pool, which had great food and live music. We’ll probably try to find a place right on the water next time since that is our personal preference, but this is a super nice condo.

Wonderful vacation!

We had the best time at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The pool and hot tub were great! Beach access was perfect. Loved the little bar on the beach-great place to grab a quick lunch to eat poolside. Staff at the front gate were helpful and friendly. We just loved everything about it and will definitely be back!

Winter get away

Destin has beautiful beaches for daily walks, awesome golfing near by and very good seafood. Watch dolphin from the balcony on two occasions. Silver shells offers it all. We will make this an annual getaway.

Uncaring Property Manager

I had to contact the property manager on the day of arrival and request that the check in information be sent to me as it was not sent in the 48 hours before as they said they would The condo was great. We came on Saturday (very cold for FL due to impending snow that was coming!!!). We noticed about 8:00 pm we did not have any extra blankets so I contacted that property manager and they texted back they would have house keeping bring us some up. So long story short we slept in our clothes for 2 nights as house keeping did not bring us any blankets up until Monday afternoon. I also questioned about the brackets and key fobs not being attached as we were to wear them everywhere you went on the resort and never received a response. Condo is great as long as you have no questions or issues Check in directions were very vague and no one seems to be able to I answer Your question or help
