    Book this lovely gulf front condo at Sterling Shores Resort and create memories of your trip to The Sunshine State that will last a lifetime! Enjoy incredible views of the Gulf from your private patio, impress everyone by cooking something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen or dine nearby at one of many fantastic local restaurants, dive into the lagoon and oasis styled pools, use the well-equipped fitness room available or grab some snacks from the seasonal snack shack near the pool. Whatever you do. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores!



    WHAT’S NEARBY

    Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. If you're looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club.



    Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of July 2026.

    Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter.

    We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Perfect for Thanksgiving Getaway

Best ocean view and location in Destin!

Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean! This is a very spacious penthouse condo with all the amenities of home. Gorgeous pools and surroundings. The most comfortable and accommodating property we’ve ever stayed at. The pictures are 100% accurate. We’ll definitely be booking this again next summer!

Outstanding Stay

We had high expectations when we rented PH10 and we were not disappointed. From opening the front door and seeing the ocean view to the large rooms to the great balcony, this property was great. Beach is a short walk away and was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time.

June 2018 Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay! We came to Destin for a baseball tournament and were able to enjoy the beach, the surf, and an excursion out to crab island along with our team winning their USSSA World Series Tournament! The condo was clean and spacious and with a beautiful view! We would have liked drinks by the pool side (not permitted) but we still enjoyed each other’s company! Overall a great experience!

Destin

We rented this property for a family vacation. It was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The location was perfect, pools and beach were clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. We could not have asked for more. The place was large enough and everyone was not tripping over each other.
