    The Space:

    For a luxurious upscale vacation condominium with many fine upgrades, this second-floor corner condo has much to offer! Featuring a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area, guests will be able to relax while soaking up the views of the Gulf. The living room has beautiful contemporary furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and newly updated flooring throughout. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The main bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous dark wood furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the main bathroom. The hall bunks are built-in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack-and-Jill half-bathroom. The kitchen has cherry cabinets, upgraded granite countertops, terrific cookware, and full-size appliances for easy meal preparation. You'll enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer as well.

    Perched on the sugar-white sand of the Gulf, this condo will be the beach lover's dream. Spend long days soaking up the sun to the sound of the tide with a good book in hand. When you want a break from the beach, Destin Commons is a mile away offering a plethora of familiar shops to chose from for updating your wardrobe a bit. If you brought the kids along, they will love the fun and excitement of the Track- Destin and Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park both located within three miles of home base!

Girls trip

Love the condo!! We had a bunch of plans to do things , but instead stayed at the condo the whole time with the ocean view bit was truly a relaxing trip

Destin Anniversary Getaway

The property is beautiful. My wife and I just spent our 32nd anniversary there and she is already wanting to go back with the family. Everything was clean and convenient to all the shopping and eateries. We will be coming back.

Perfect inside and out!

We were so pleased with the condo, location and the beach! It’s been 30+ years since we’ve been to Destin and we were not disappointed! We loved the view and decor of this unit. Easy access to the beach and walkability to restaurants. Love to return!

Beautiful beach sunset views

Very nice place. Corner unit allows beach view from every seat in living space. Great beach access. Clean. Comfortable furniture (except main mattress). Pretty decor.

Great Location

Property was clean and as represented in pictures. Great beach location, safe and secure. Only drawbacks was extremely noisy people above us. Footsteps all day and night and bathroom ceilings need to be redone. Check in and check out was easy. Would stay again!

Experience of a lifetime

This property is quite literally on the beach of one of the most amazing ocean shorelines we have ever been to. The condo had views that a picture cannot do justice and the space was enough for all five of u. The beach itself is a must visit . The sand was soft and therapeutic and the sunsets took my breath away! Highly recommend more than 2 days if possible because it was just that great.

11 Ballamore Cove

This property was so amazing! We housed 16 family/friends as well as hosted a wedding reception around the pool. The house was so well equipped and there was plenty of space for so many different types of activities and visiting spaces. The home lends itself well to family photographs both inside and out with all the beautiful trim and woodwork. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the kids had so much fun in their own space in the bunk rooms. Such a fun place to stay!! We would definitely book here again!

Great location!

The location of the property was wonderful! The deck overlooking the gulf is great for evening sunset watching. The only negative are the kitchen supplies. The Teflon frying pan needs replaced, a cookie sheet for the oven would be nice, and liquid dish soap for washing small amounts of dishes!

Great locat

We loved the location. The only thing worth noting was that the jets in the tub were very visibly dirty. It wasn’t a problem because we didn’t take a bath. But definitely was gross.

Awesome location

Loved the location of this condo. Corner unit on 2nd floor a stones throw from the gulf. Condo was ok on cleanliness, but would benefit from deep cleaning the walls and cabinets. Only had 2 bath towels, and requested more. (Texting was easy and they were responsive).

Our new Favorite place to stay in Destin

This was my second trip to Destin , and this place was perfect!!! our condo was spotless!!very nice decor, the kitchen was full with everything we needed! the washer and dryer was our favorite,we washed wet suits and towels and that made life easier for sure! very quiet and safe, and we loved the private access to the beach!i have one tiny complaint, and im only putting it on here because i just reserved the same condo for a next year for a week, and i hope it gets replaced .....the outdoor deck chairs are old and plastic and every other unit had nice wicker or metal deck chairs......overall AAAA++++++ rating see you next June!!!

Great view in a corner condo

The condo's location and view are great but they need to work on cleanliness. The bathroom was not clean and the tub would fill up when taking a shower. Another issue was that after we left I realized I left an item. The rental company (Vacassa) wanted to charge me $50 to ask the maid if she found it.

Quikc Stay, great views, issues didnt get resolved

Quick stay at the unit. Cable never worked for 3 days even though we alerted them 1st day, no one came out when they were supposed to and it never got fixed. Tub wouldn't drain properly and toilets had issues flushing and master leaked around seal last day. We were busy while there so issues were not a big deal but need to be addressed for those who stay in the future. I would still recommend staying there.

Crystal Sands 201A

Condo was nicely decorated & clean. Right on the beach, so view is always beautiful. Weather was too cold to be outside this time, but still love to watch the waves. The master bed was terrible. lumpy and the springs squeaked with each move...needs update. Renters upstairs had a small child who ran back and forth continuously from dinner time until after 10PM. Need to be told to be courteous of people below them. Would rent again at Crustal Sand but not this unit due to the bed.

A bit Disappointed

This condo was not furnished as shown in photos. The living room furniture (blue couch) is very uncomfortable, you could not sit or lay on it as the cushions slanted so badly towards the floor. The bedroom furniture was nice, just not the room as shown in photos. The kitchen was sparingly supplied, had no coffee filters or paper towles. The unit had an odor, could have used an air freshner. The furniture on outside balcony was inexpensive plastic. I would not consider this to be an upscale condo as presented.

Condo is great. Needs a few minor repairs and updates and would be perfect.

We have stayed in Crystal Sands before and absolutely love the area. Condo is very good and convenient. Needs some repairs and new furniture but love the corner unit. However, very disappointed in the manner we were forced to get our room codes and Parking Pass. Completely in the dark as to the fact that there is no office to go to or request help. If there had not been other guests ahead of us that told us how to do it, I really have no idea what we would have done. There was a mistake with theirs and they were very upset and had no where to turn. Thank goodness ours was correct. The only other aggravation was the gate codes but we did understand why they were necessary. One more thing, it surprised us how early the chairs were removed from the beach. We felt like 6:00 would be a much more appropriate time.

Great place to getaway!

What a great place to getaway from it all. We enjoyed morning coffee with an ocean view. Cozy beachfront condo with great decor and homey feel. Definitely will be back!
