Designed for both luxury and convenience, the three-story home features three spacious indoor living rooms, two expansive balconies, a front porch swing, and a game room for endless fun. Each floor includes its own morning kitchen with coffee maker, ice maker, and mini-fridge. The home also has an elevator and parking for 8 vehicles, making access and comfort effortless for every guest.



Step outside to the palm-lined heated saltwater pool, one of the largest in Crystal Beach, complete with fiber-optic lighting, a cascading waterfall, lounge chairs, hammocks, a gas grill, and outdoor dining areas—perfect for sun-soaked days or relaxing evenings.



Other amenities include a gourmet kitchen, custom-designed furniture, granite and marble countertops, oversized porcelain tile flooring, 10 smart TVs (including 2x 70”), free WiFi, free games and movies, and beach toys and chairs & umbrellas with a wagon.
