PRIVATE BEACHFRONT RESORT- Pelican Beach is a wonderful resort with MORE amenities than any other high rise in Destin. 20th/Penthouse floor, NON-SMOKING, two bedroom, two bath condominium with MAGNIFICENT VIEWS of the Gulf of Mexico and our condo has amazing views of 'NIGHT LIGHTS' of Destin.

Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. DEEP SEA FISHING and Sunset Cruises is just down the street. Take a ride down 30A for wonderful sight seeing.

NEW Granite, cabinets, vanities, screen doors, mattress pads, sleeper sofa, frig, MW, dishwasher, a new 65 inch 4K smart TV in living room. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs, 3 DVD players, & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access. FULL STOCKED kitchen and a WASHER/DRYER.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable—truly a home away from home. The view was absolutely amazing—the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Our jaws dropped the moment we walked into the condo. It’s probably one of the best views I’ve ever seen while staying in Florida. Everything was spotless and fully stocked with all the necessities.There was one day when we experienced a power outage (completely unrelated to the condo—it was the hotel’s issue), and the owners went above and beyond by refunding us for the inconvenience, which I thought was incredible.With that being said, my family and I have agreed that we will 100% stay here again and again. Trust me when I say this: BOOK THIS CONDO!

Communication was early and thorough, making the check in process super easy. All access and info was easy to find. Property owners were so kind and helpful, with plenty of extras like beach chairs and boogie board that made the stay even more perfect. We had the best time!

Beautiful room with beautiful views

We just spent two weeks in Destin and staying in this condo made those two weeks effortless. Everything we needed was provided from linens to kitchen items to beach toys and accessories. We’ve stayed in 4 different units at Pelican beach and we all agreed this unit was the best. Very clean and cozy and we will return in future.

Perfect location, beautiful views, friendly people all throughout the property, beautiful beach, check-in was smooth, and host got back to my questions super fast!. Our go to in Destin

We love this property so much that we stay here on our annual family Destin trip every year now. As soon as it becomes available for the next year, we book it. It’s clean, the furniture and decor are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, and it has an amazing view. The host is very responsive whenever I have a question.

Gorgeous Views and Prime Location!

Our family of 4 loved everything about our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed, beautiful views, amazing pools and beach access literally steps away. Everything was super easy from check-in, trash disposal to the overall amenities of the resort. We also loved the location right in the heart of Destin and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The water park directly across the street was amazing and we took advantage of that during a red flag day on the beach. We will definitely be back!

I was so impressed with the property, the check in process was excellent as well but we had a problem with the parking. I informed the unit owner that we gave 3 cars and the they confirned that we can have 3 card but on oir check in we were only allowed 2 cars. Its so inconvinient 1 of cars was parked near wynn dixie outside the property then we had to check the car whick is outside the property. It should have been 5/5 but that happened

Very nice condo!

We had a lovely time at this condo and beach! Very comfortable, very clean, and well outfitted with all the supplies you will need for a vacation. Amazing view from the balcony! The beach is gorgeous and was warm enough for swimming. Beautiful water! There are three things that people might find useful to know about the property as a whole and the area. The elevator in the property is under construction and appears to have been for some time. There is a lot of construction debris around the elevator area and one of the cars is completely closed, making for sometimes very long wait times (we were on the top floor). We heard many people complaining about it. It is also quite loud (we could hear it in our unit). Unless you spend the money to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach you are relegated to the back row, leaving a very sparse view of the water in front of you while sitting on the beach. The traffic on the road that is the ingress/egress is pretty bad and you can only turn right out of it much of the day unless you want to risk your life. (You then have to make a U-turn or find a traffic light to turn around). These are things that are definitely not related directly to the unit (it was absolutely beautiful!), just some things that might matter to anyone who is thinking of staying in the Pelican Beach Resort in general. We very much had an overall wonderful and very relaxing time! Thank you!

AMAZING CONDO

The condo was beautiful and clean, great amenities. Easy check-in and owners were very responsive and nice. Anytime a rental has separate makeup cloths is BONUS points. The condo had chairs, toys, everything to make your stay comfortable! The beach chair rental was very reasonable and the tiki bar with beach service was great to have!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room, tvs in every room, comfy beds, washer and dryer, anything you could need in n the kitchen for cooking, beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful view from the balcony, and a super short walk down to beach. The only thing I woods be aware of and this has nothing to do with the condo itself. When I was there 2 of the 4 elevators were down. That made it a little hard getting around. The building itself was either putting on a new roof or doing work on it. They started at about 7:30 in the morning and were still going at 6:30 at night during the week. Extremely loud since the condo was the top floor. Just something to be aware of if you have little ones that might need naps. The place was so wonderful though that it would not keep me from coming back which I hope to.

We had a great week at this condo. Condo was clean and had what we needed. Its beach access is close and easy to get to. Condo is close to everything you would need food, fun, shopping etc. Would stay here again.
