Location is great. Awesome pools. Comfortable beds. Listing doesn't say it, but they do provide some beach chairs, toys, etc. That was nice, but we brought some of our own as well.Room was spacious and mostly clean. I did have to clean out the washer as there was mold all in the detergent tray and on the seal around the door. Spent about 30 minutes cleaning that. The main living room rug just needs to be replaced; it was matted down and didn't feel/look clean at all. Also, the cleaner they use was very strong the first day we were there and the ice in the freezer tasted like it as well, so we just got a bag from downstairs by the pool for 4-5 dollars and kept the bag closed in the freezer.Not a knock on the owner, but the resort, so this doesn't affect my rating: Last full day there, a realtor opened the door without knocking at around 10am, apologized for entering when he saw us, then opened it again and asked to show the appt. I told them no as we received no notice. The front desk did call and text to apologize for the schedule mix up at least, but I didn't press any further. Just hope it didn't happen before, while we weren't there and didn't know about it.Also note that if you check in after hours, you may have to get your key cards reactivated after 24hrs since security office can't activate for your full stay. You will need to visit the front desk when they are there.Overall, our stay was really good and would recommend the unit.

Enjoyable Resort Stay

We were impressed with the large rental space and the cleaniness. I truly appreciated the additional face/wash and body towels. The rental included family games, dish detergent, laundry detergent, small ice chest, large rolling ice chest, lawn chairs, and pool toys. We are definitely saving this rental for next year.

great amenities

This is a perfect place to stay if you aren't worried about being beach front. The coffee place was great the pool is beautiful and we loved that they had a cart,chairs and even a rolling ice chest! I was also so glad they had a fan because I love sleeping with an extra fan. If you want to make meals there is a slow cooker and a waffle maker! 100 percent recommend staying here. Balcony over looking the pool is also awesome!!

Great family stay

The condo was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed to make our meals. The queen bed that is listed is a sofa bed and the second room has a twin size bed with another twin size bed that pulls out. The cable didn't work and the tv wouldn't change channels anyway. It was inconvenient when the kids wanted to watch a little bit of tv but we made the best of it. Otherwise the property is very nice. There is restaurant and coffee bar onsite however the day I went to get coffee they were supposed to have been opened and never did open for the day. Overall it's in a good location close to everything.

Great vacation

Overall this condo was great. It was very clean which I was quite happy with. Some condos have provided more in the kitchen. I think that would definitely be improved. Also there are a few things in this unit that could use attention. Tvs are all very small. We were also missing the remote for the tv in the 2nd bedroom so we could not use that one: they brought us a new one but it still didn’t work. There needs to be some repair work done in the bathroom as well. Overall a great stay but I may look for a different unit at the Palms next time. I was more pleased with the unit I rented the previous year.

Vacation 2019

Over all we had a good time.my wife has online courses we didn’t have internet for the first two days.we let the lady on the afternoon shift know check the next morning she didn’t put in a work order the man on the morning shift took care if the problem.Tv’s were old could not hook Xbox up
