THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS ADVISED US THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FOR 3-5 WEEKS BETWEEN JANUARY & FEBRUARY. THE EXACT DATES ARE NOT KNOWN PRESENTLY. DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE STAIRS TO GET TO/FROM YOUR CONDO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

No matter the day, month or year Emerald Dunes 502 condo always promises a chance to celebrate! Whether its “Happy the first day I saw dolphins” day or “Happy happy hour on our beachfront balcony” day... everything will be happy! Yes, the breathtaking Gulf panorama right outside the sliding glass doors combined with the renovated interior featuring a seafaring vibe will have you saying “Happy everything!”

The upgrades of this two-story beach front Destin vacation rental- a luxury master suite boasting a giant walk-in stone shower with dual shower heads; the rarity of a full laundry room; a furnished and private beachfront balcony; granite countertops throughout and beautiful plank wood floors- are sure to definitely keep you smiling. Plus, Emerald Dunes guests enjoy deeded beach access, gated parking and a spacious pool deck. Additionally, set on the scenic beach road, Emerald Dunes is not only directly on the beach but its also within walking distance to multiple restaurants, a coffee shop, shopping and entertainment venues.

Besides the beautiful beach with its’ expansive dunes and swaying sea oats, Emerald Dunes also has a pristine, sparkling swimming pool and a luxurious hot tub surrounded by lush palms for your enjoyment. Emerald Dunes is a private, gated condominium with amenities that include the large pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, boardwalk showers, bathrooms and seasonal beach attendants. Along with all amenities, guests appreciate the private low density setting (only 27 units) and private dune walkover to the beach.

GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking/biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille’s, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.

The view was amazing! Loved the size of the condo. It was larger than others we have stayed at, at a similar price. Modern, comfortable and very clean. Large pantry for our groceries, and a laundry room with nice washer & dryer.The bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom for the girls was a perfect fit. The beach chairs and umbrella set up for us every day was great! We'll be back!

The condo was nice. Plenty of room for my family, including 5 teens. Easy access to the beach and daily beach setup. Only downside is the small pool, located in the parking lot side of the building - but the ocean was perfect so we never used it!

Great Condo

This was a very nice condo, great views of the beach and very relaxing. The condo was stocked well with what was needed, was clean and well maintained. The private beach and beach service made for a great experience and plenty of space. There is a lot to do and plenty of places to eat very close by. We for sure want to go back.

We really enjoyed the condo and property it was perfect. The only concern in ref to the condo was the televisions were very difficult to work and the Wi-Fi was slow. In ref to the property the pool was cold.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful balcony view right on the beach with easy access. Very close to shopping and dining. Within a quaint neighborhood with friendly people. We had no issue with communication. Check-in and check out was a breeze. We'll be back soon!

Oceanfront week!

Tons of space in this beautiful oceanfront property. Kids loved being so close to the beach. The beach service chairs were super convenient and kept us from lugging chairs back and forth. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience

The condo was immaculate and just as described. The bedrooms were even larger than expected; no crawling over suitcases due to limited space. The bathrooms were more upscale than previous condos in which we have stayed and owned! The private beach was quiet and uncrowded, and the beach service was an added bonus. The views of the ocean from the balcony were breathtaking. We were thoroughly impressed with the communication with the management company throughout the booking, arrival, and checkout process. We have found THE CONDO we will be booking for all of our future Destin vacations!!!
