  • ¡Este espacioso y lujoso condominio frente a la playa de un dormitorio en el fabuloso SunDestin Resort de Destins tiene capacidad para 5 personas y tiene las vistas completas más increíbles del Golfo de México, así como una hermosa vista de la ciudad desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal! Desde su balcón privado, contemple los delfines en las aguas cristalinas del golfo, la playa de arena blanca o, debido a su ligero ángulo occidental, ¡incluso la acción de la ciudad! ¡Tiene lo mejor de los tres mundos! El ángulo occidental proporciona más privacidad que otras unidades y elimina el ruido de la piscina o el área de juegos infantiles para que pueda tener la estadía privada más tranquila que solo un penthouse puede ofrecer. Hay mucho espacio y asientos en la sala de estar con un sofá de tamaño completo, una silla y una gran tumbona junto a la ventana, todo perfecto para mirar el Smart TV de 55 "conectado a Internet, acceder a sus cuentas de Netflix para ver películas o disfrutar de las hermosas vistas. También tiene un agradable comedor con mesa y sillas.

    La cocina está bellamente decorada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar una comida familiar. ¡También tiene una ventana que da a la ciudad y la bahía!

    Despiértate con las mismas hermosas vistas desde tu habitación principal. ¡También está frente al océano con su propio acceso al balcón privado! Cuenta con una cama KING, baño privado con su propio armario, armario de tamaño completo con caja fuerte en la habitación, ventilador de caja, plancha y tabla, puertas corredizas privadas al balcón, 55 "Smart TV conectado a Internet y reloj despertador. Para espacio adicional para dormir, hay una cama plegable en el armario y un sofá cama Queen en la habitación familiar.

    El balcón es muy grande, tiene una mesa de riel y dos sillas y la unidad de aire acondicionado NO está en el balcón para molestarlo como otras unidades. Otra ventaja!

Very nice place to take a break from life with beautiful views of the ocean and the city. Chris was really awesome with his communication from start to finish! We love the views even from the bedroom, he even left a welcome gift for us. We will definitely come back sometime, we were very happy with absolutely everything.

Great location in downtown Destin. Chris is very responsive which was great. We have stayed at this condo before a few years ago and it has been updated and even better than before. Some mild renovations happening currently to the building but not intrusive to the stay. Best beaches in the country IMHO just minutes away!

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. The penthouse unit we stayed in was awesome. The views were incredible. The room was so nice and clean. The host was awesome and answered any question we had. We couldn’t have been more happier with our stay. Would definitely like to go back.

Penthouse condo was beautiful. Chris the owner is super responsive and truly cares about your stay. Kitchen has everything you could ever need and the views are fantastic. Having 2 separate bathrooms is a huge plus and the shower is great. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Destin.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean condo, with a beautiful beach view. The owner was great to work with. His communication was clear, timely, and helpful from start to finish. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again!

The condo was clean and the views were amazing! The owner made sure our stay was enjoyable and was always available at anytime. We will definitely be back and stay at this condo again!

The kitchen all you would ever need to cook your favorites. The entry when you first get there takes your breath away woth the mysic playing the view the places that is yours for how long you have got it. Our host was there if you needed him helpful with everything. It is very close to restaurants and shopping and our own private beach.

Vacation was awesome from start to finish. The view is spectacular. Great bars and restaurants on the Harbor Walk. Great fishing! The beach and water also awesome!

Everything was amazing! As soon as we walked in, the view was breathtaking and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. Chris was on top of everything, responded back quickly, and made sure our stay was everything and more. Highly recommend!

The condo was vey well stocked with everything we needed. The view was the best I’ve ever seen and I have stayed in Destin several times. Our host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. I will be staying again.

The beaches here are beautiful and the property owner, Chris was always very helpful. He answered my questions immediately and gave us useful information. I definitely would recommend this place for a nice get a way.
