Welcome to Unit 205, a spacious 2000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/3 full bath beachfront condo on the third floor at Oceania, a luxurious gated community with workout facility and stunning views of the beach.

Guests are welcomed into an open living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the Gulf. The interior offers a warm and inviting decor with plenty of seating and a 65" flat screen TV with Blu Ray player and a DVD library.

The expansive floor plan allows those in the well-equipped kitchen to enjoy the Gulf view and have easy access to the wet bar and ice machine. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Conveniently located off the kitchen is a washroom with full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom offers an oasis of relaxation with a king size bed, amazing Gulf views, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, sliding doors to the expansive balcony, and 40" flat screen TV and DVD player. The adjoining master bathroom has a jetted tub, stand-alone shower and double sink vanity.

The first guest bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom offers two full size beds, flat screen TV and DVD player, and an adjoining bathroom with full size bathtub/shower combination. The bedroom sleeps 2 adults or 4 children.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional guests will require pre-approval by owner.

On the 40 ft. long balcony which spans the width of the living/dining area, there are two bistro tables with three chairs each, two large bistro Adirondack chairs and two ceiling fans for your comfort and relaxation to watch dolphins swim, enjoy morning coffee, or have an afternoon cocktail watching the sunsets.

A private outdoor storage closet is located at the entrance to the condo for your ice chest, beach toys, towels, etc. Previous guests typically leave their beach equipment for the future guest's enjoyment.

This condo includes complementary seasonal (March through October) beach service with 2 chairs and one umbrella. Other amenities include a private beach, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry to the beach and street, exercise room, and gas grills. Any additional vehicles must park in the unassigned parking lot on the condo property. Two elevators are located in the middle of the building and one on each end.

Located nearby are numerous shops, grocery stores, and restaurants to help make your stay more enjoyable - Winn Dixie, Target, McDonald's, Hobby Lobby, Walgreens, Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant, La Paz Mexican Restaurant, Local Market Restaurant just to name a few. Additional entertainment nearby is Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, The Track Arcade, Destin Harbor Boardwalk, and the Destin Water Taxi that will take you to any restaurant/bar in the Harbor.

Wonderful place to stay. My favorite part was the one whole side of the place was nothing but windows and huge balcony! Everything you could need was provided in the room, great to have the two chair beach service included! Friendly hosts and easy to have questions answered. Easy to get to just about anywhere you want to go, food and fun minutes down the road. Would love to come back.

Exceeded expectations!

We had such an amazing stay! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views. The balcony was one of my favorite parts. Just sitting out there in the morning enjoying listening to the ocean. The home had easy access, making it a breeze to come and go throughout the day and the walk from the beach was pretty easy, even for my mother who is disabled. The parking was also nice as there were reserved spots right under the building. Inside, everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bath linens were super soft (I had to know where they were from, and Melissa was kind enough to share the secret)—such a nice touch. Melissa was friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay! The condo was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. We really appreciated the little touches as well like having a vacuum and cleaning supplies because being at the beach for a week can get sandy :) it was also great having the closet with floaties and beach toys. Oh, and the ice maker! We would love to stay here again

Another GREAT Stay

This was our family's second time visiting this beautiful property. You absolutely can't beat the location. The beach and pool are quiet and offer a true oasis! The condo was clean, well-stocked and perfect. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and were very gracious. We look forward to visiting again!

Destin Vacation 2024

We had a wonderful time at Oceana. Condo was large and perfect for eight. Nice quiet place to stay for families with small children. There was a broken patio door we couldn’t use, but we had two others that we could use so worked out fine. I understand that a repair like that does not happen overnight. Also lock on master bedroom bathroom door didn’t work, but could lock bedroom door if needed. The pool and beach were great. No waiting for elevators. We felt very safe with grandkids in this gated community. Reserved parking spot was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Vigorous morning walks in wide sidewalks up front, great walks in afternoon on beautiful white sand beach and clear water. Shortest walk from room to beach I’ve ever had! Beautiful place.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Check in was easy. Room is located right off the elevator and there were lots of carts to help with luggage. There were eight of us and the condo was plenty big to not feel like we were crawling in top of one another. Just steps to the beach and pool. Sidewalks surrounding the condo were great for morning walks. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you will need. This was the best condo we have ever stayed in.

Best Time of the Year!

Fall in Destin is beautiful and I always enjoy being there that time of year. We love this unit---it is beautiful, very clean, and well equipped. Great location---close to good restaurants and, most importantly, there is a stop light when you need to exit onto Hwy 98! Will definitely stay here again.

Large condo!

The condo was large enough for our 4 adults (that require a lot of space) and our 1 year old plenty of room to run and play! The patio was huge and views are beautiful!! The beach isn’t too busy, and elevators were quick- always a plus to us! Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Some of the glasses were dirty. The cable did not work in the 1st bedroom with 2 queen beds. The screen said to call to set up, we did not call cox cable. My mom was in that room and she was very disappointed not to have her on tv.

Worth every penny

The moment you walk into the apartment you are taken back by the amazing view. We very much needed a relaxing trip with no stress and this apartment was the perfect oasis. The ease of getting 2 chairs and an umbrella was just perfect and the apartment was filled with every pot and pan you can think of. The apartment needed a little extra cleaning but the owners were so responsive and offered immediately to have someone remedy it- even with that I would 100% book this place again . You'll need to do some extra shopping if you plan to cook ( they don't have any of the basics like sugar, oil etc) but with so many amazing food options close by it may not even be worth it. You can easily walk to a coffee shop and breakfast place which was perfect for those early morning with the babies. They don't have high chairs/pack and plays but plenty of place to have space for you and your kids. 💯 Recommend
