    Welcome to Destin Towers 1C, a delightful beachfront condo located in Destin! Lounge by the community pool, take beach strolls in the afternoon and catch gorgeous sunsets each night. With restaurants and shopping nearby, you’ll have everything for the perfect vacation right at your fingertips!



    The Space:

    Destin Towers 1C is a beautiful condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Comfortable furnishings invite you to kick up your feet, relax, and stay awhile, and floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light. Reconnect in the living room, featuring a large sofa, loveseat, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Ease into each morning with a cup of coffee on the patio overlooking the pool while the kids have breakfast on the picnic table nearby. The kitchen is bright and cheerful, with modern appointments and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Gather the crew, prepare tasty eats for the beach just outside your door, or grill up some burgers poolside. After long days spent in the sun, cozy bedrooms are a welcome sight. The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, an en suite bath, and access to the private patio. Enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine, taking in the coastal breezes while the kids settle into the guest suite with two double beds and a flat-screen TV. A sofa bed in the living room, a DVD player, a CD stereo system, and a full-sized washer and dryer are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay.



    Take the kids to the pool in the morning while you catch some rays with a refreshing beverage, then hit the beach in the afternoon. You’ll still have plenty of time to get out and explore all the fun nearby. Hit Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or challenge each other on the bumper cars and blaster boats at The Track. Shopping and dinner are next at Harborwalk Village, followed by a cool treat at Shake’s Frozen Custard, all just minutes away!



    Please note: Two parking spots per unit. Beach chairs are available for purchase but must be reserved with Barefoot Beach Chair Service at least 24 hours before the requested service day.



    Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

We had a wonderful stay and we will be back! Literal steps out to the pool, hot tub and beach! Everything was perfect for our stay. Rooms were lovely. Family had an amazing time. This is going to be our Florida spot!

Most everything was great. Love the main level walkout to the pool. Wish the pool was heated. Hot tub ok. Beds were good. Only issue was the dishwasher just didn't work so good. Would stay again!

It was in a Great location close to everything, within walking distance or a short drive. The pool is right outside the patio doors and then steps to the beach. The accommodations were okay, an older property, so it is what it is. The maintenance crew is doing their best to keep the operation up and running. We were a group of 5 Guys on a Family fishing trip. Good times!

Loved being able to walk straight in the room and right out the back to the back area. Everything we needed was right there. They have some extra items such as chairs and an umbrella to use if youve forgotten something, but the umbrella was broken. Im not sure if the ac doesnt run enough but there was a bit of mildew in the ceiling area coming from the ac vents. Everything else was clean and nice! Very afforadble

Spring Break

Perfect location and it’s almost a little gem. Not too crowded, pool and hot tub was great and only a short walk to beach. When we do come back to Destin will definitely will be looking to book here

The pool and ocean were right outside our door! It was a beautiful location with steps to the beach as well as an easy drive to other entertainment, restaurants, etc. The condo was fairly comfortable but could use new, more comfortable furniture and removal of the plastic mattress protector, which was noisy with every turn and made us cold and sweaty.

Good short stay

It was a nice stay. The condo needs updating but for the 3 days we were there, it did the job. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept! My kiddos had a great time!

Great location. Host was quick to respond to inquiries. Generally didn't need to ask much as the arrival instructions covered everything pretty well. Overall great experience.

Overall nice place

The living and dining room furniture is a bit worn and battered but We weren’t there to hang out inside so it was acceptable. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved being on the first floor and able to walk out to the pool or walk over to the beach. We are talking about renting the same place again next year!

The place was very clean but very much outdated and worn….

We weren’t impressed with (this unit) at all. Outlets didn’t work, had to call maintenance about the stove that didn’t work either. Most cabinets and drawers were sealed shut, the beds were comfy but looked like a 1st grader put them together with old leftover wood. It needs lots of love! The grounds of Destin Towers were beautiful and clean.

Relaxing at the beach

We loved our unit at Destin Towers...the pool and the beach were very accessible....the location in Destin was great....not far from many of our favorite restaurants....not far from driving down to the bay to watch the sun set . Unit could use a general upgrade, the furniture was older, several places needed touched up with paint and we could tell the ceramic tile floors hadn't been cleaned, but everything functioned well overall, and was comfortable. We had an issue with the LR sliding door lock not functioning, but once reported to the onsite mtce guys...Marcus and Justin.....they immediately fixed it...Thanks guys! We reserved our stay just a few days before checking in so loved the price! Would stay here again

Disappointed

The location and beach access was the best but the listing did not tell how old and outdated the condo 1C was in general. The bathroom was especially disgusting. The shower curtain was not only nasty it would not stay up. It was hung by 2 different kind of rings and not enough of them. There was a leak around the toilet coming up from the floor. Dust on the walls, tile floor cracked in LR, mix matched furniture that looked like second hand, the back of the recliner fell off. It looked like it was being held on by desk staples, and the bottom drawer of oven was almost falling off. I reported all this but did not get a response except when I sent a text about the toilet but it just said they would report it to management.
