The space:
Come unwind and relax in this beautiful studio with one bath that sleeps 4 which is located inside of Sand piper cove resort. The corner unit is located on the first floor and is right across the street from our convenient private beach access. Our fully equipped kitchen has brand new appliances and everything you need to make you feel right at home. Our brand new queen sized murphy bed and brand new full sized sofa sleeper will accommodate 4 people. The living room has a smart tv and cable as well. The wifi speed is very fast and will give you no issues when using streaming services. The back porch is located across from one the five pools and is also directly across from laundry services (bring quarters for washer/dryer). Free parking included for 2 vehicles as well.


Things to know:
Sand Piper Cove offers a restaurant on the beach (Ricks sand trap) that is open everyday for lunch till 4:30pm. Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant is also conveniently located inside the resort and is open everyday for dinner. The resort also offers a Par 3, 9 hole golf course at no additional cost. The property also offers a boat launch and a dock for your boat (extra fee for dock) that leads to many restaurants, activities and the beautiful crab island.

Condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The pool and laundry are right out the patio door. The private beach is a quick walk across the road. Chairs with umbrellas are set up and available for rent on the beach. The closest pool was a little too cold for us but another pool on the property was a comfortable temperature.

My stay was good Condo was clean. The only issue I had was I only drink coffee made from an automatic drip coffeemaker and the condo only had a pod machine. No issue's, always like staying at Sandpiper Cove.

Annual summer trip

This is our second time staying in SandPiper. We had some hiccups during this stay regarding the property, but that was not the owners fault. Vrbo has this property listed on the side of Sandpiper that is beach side. The owners and myself contacted Vrbo multiple times over this. The house itself is very clean and cute. When we walked in you could smell it was freshly cleaned. It’s a studio so the bed folds out from a closet — it was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on during a trip!

Perfect cozy beach cottage

We loved the very clean,cozy beach cottage. Host had great communication. Loved the location. Staff were wonderful and it was gated! Beach had a life guard and was super clean. Bar located on beach with great food & drinks.

Great condo close to beach

We had such a great trip. The private beach access that is linked with these condos was so convenient. The host responded quickly to questions. I don’t know if this was an issue with the listing per se but it said that our airport was less than 5 minutes away but it was actually over 30 minutes away. Overall great stay and will seek this host out again for another trip to Destin!

Outstanding stay!

We were a little confused because the GPS address was sending us to Holiday Isle down the street (with no check-in area) but after speaking with the host Givonni, the correct property is Sandpiper Cove Condominiums located a block before Holiday Isle. The host and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Everything was exactly as listed. The bed was comfy, the condo was cozy & inviting for a couple. A sofa bed was also available. We enjoyed the pool on the property and the beach across the street. We enjoyed the Dolphin watch and the great location for food, gas & souvenirs and grocery shopping. We will book again. Wonderful!!

My mom and I stayed here for a girls trip, and it was absolutely perfect! You can smell how clean it is before you even walk in. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient. We LOVED it! We will definitely be back 😊☀️🏖️

We loved our trip

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in house, and we did that every day we stayed there. This is the second condo we stayed in the same area, and being so close to the beach makes it very convenient. We loved our trip!

Feels like home

This studio is a good budget option. Well-maintained with new appliances and nicely decorated. Everything you need is within a 5-minute walk -- laundry, pools, hot tubs, beach. Enough room for two people to stay comfortably.

Great location & lovely inside!

This is a cute little gem of a place to stay in Destin. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. I loved the beach vibe in their décor and it is a well-appointed space with everything that you need! From the shampoo bottles to the dishes to the furniture, everything is new and in excellent shape. Even though it is called a studio, we found that there was plenty of room for our things and we never felt cramped. Gionvanny answered my calls when I had questions and he was very helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Great location, charming condo

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the weekend. We loved the close proximity of the beach (just a short walk across the street outside of the gate). One of the pools were located right outside the condo. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is located just to the left of the door which makes it convenient to hop in the shower after beach-time which also reduces the amount of sand that usually gets tracked in. We would highly recommend this condo.

Short, easy walk to the beach. Outdoor restaurant on property. Clean, quaint, fully loaded rooms. I highly recommend using these convenient condos. Pool access. Front and back porch access. Keypad access code.
