  • Crystal Sands, an intimate, three-story, quiet property. These two gulf-front, low-rise condominium buildings are located in Destin's Crystal Beach area. The unit that faces the dazzling, white, sand beaches views directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

    Spacious and private, decorated with comfort in mind. The condominium buildings are located near the heart of Destin. You will find lots to do both day and night. Crystal Sands is one of the special places that you want to keep to yourself yet can't stop to talk about.

    You deserve the best and the best is Crystal Sands on the beach. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself like a king or a queen, lay down on the beach and just be lazy. Come to the sugar, white beaches of the Emerald coast. Look out on the beautiful sun, surf, and sand not the parking lot or street. Listen to the waves not the passing traffic.

    Have breakfast on the balcony with only the sugar, white sand between you and the blue waters of Mexico. Sun and stroll on the beach or grab a wave runner and see how high you can fly.

    Crystal Sands is less than a mile from the famous designer's outlet mall, Silver Sands outlet mall. Do not forget about shopping there!

    My unit is on the second floor of the new building, east side establishment, building B. The unit has a master bedroom which has a king-size bed. There are two bunk beds in the hallways. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.

    Crystal Sands is located away from the congestion of downtown Destin yet only minutes away from all the day and evening attraction.

Beach view was great! Condo was a little bit run down and could use some updates but the host was accommodating and we had a great time!

It’s directly on the beach 2nd floor one bedroom and a bunk bed for two kiddos two bathrooms with only one tub/shower. I was pleased with the condo just needed one more shower with a family of 4.

Great location, beautiful views

Long weekend stay for myself & my husband. Absolutely gorgeous views!!! Conveniently located right on the beach & close to everything we needed. Basic accommodations that fit us perfectly. Will return & definitely recommend.

Astonishing view, good apartment.

The view is wonderful, and the apartment has an excellent location. The master bedroom needs a ceiling light, and the window blind needs to be fixed; it doesn't roll up.

We enjoyed our time in Destin. We will stay somewhere else. Walls are paper thin, you can hear every single word of conversations happening all around the property. Furniture was so dirty and quite a few items in the unit was falling apart.

Love the Location!!

The location is close to everything and the water is just beautiful. However, the unit we stayed in could use some upgrades and it wasn't very clean. Some of the serving utensils as well as the eating utensils still had food on them. The chair had hair on it and the microwave worked but looked awful inside. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some deep cleaning.

Water heater didn’t work well so we only had like warm water for 5 minutes. Garbage disposal did not work. The room reeked of marijuana. The room wasn’t bad overall, location was good and beach was relatively quiet.

Peaceful getaway

Love Crystal Sands! Unit we stayed in needs some general maintenance but overall very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Not enough communication through VRBO. Probably won’t go through them again. Had no check in information when we arrived but was lucky to get with owner.

The rooms were not cleaned had to wait 2hrs for late check in all electrical plugs were so old and wore out that the cords wouldn’t stay in. Vacuum did not work 1roll of toilet paper. had terrible time getting code to get in Overall very dissatisfied

Dirty, Broken, Smelly, Unsafe Condo.

We’ve stayed in at least a dozen Crystal Sands condos and we found this unit so dirty, broken down, foul smelling and riddled with dangerous conditions that we were unable to stay more than a single night. Contacted the owner who offered excuses for the disaster we found but made no attempt to remedy any of the issues we encountered.

Needs some updates

First loved the location. Patio view outstanding. Weather didn’t cooperate to actually be on the beach. We won’t visit in February next time. Actually the best part of our stay was restaurants. they are on the expensive side but so worth it! Then there’s the residence. Hasn’t been updated in a while with multiple problems. Find a different Host if possible. All said LOVE Destin.

Don't do it

The condo itself was ok. There was no air conditioning at all, however and the owner was terrible at communication. We spent 3 nights in an 80* condo and ended up leaving one day early just to sleep in a cool bed. This is not the condo you want to be in for vacation.
