This rental is situated in Sandpiper Cove - a 43-acre gated community outfitted with 24/7 security and a free nine-hole golf course that weaves through the complex. Resort amenities include five pools and three hot tubs, as well as private beach access. Let the Gulf of Mexico be your backyard, frolicking in the soft sand and gentle waves just across the street from the condo community!

Walk to Destin Harbor, restaurants, and shopping! Drive seven minutes to Destin Harbor and watch the boats come in and out of the harbor. Need to stock up on supplies or want to shop? The Shoreline Village Mall, Target, and Winn-Dixie are just across Harbor Boulevard.


This gated condo community has parking for two for each unit. From the parking lot, walk between the units and head up a set of stairs to the condo.

Enter into a well-equipped kitchen with tile floors, granite counters, and full-size appliances for whipping up meals and snacks. You’ll also find little extras like a coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, pots/pans, wine rack, and water dispenser in the fridge door. Sit down for meals at the formal dining table just off the kitchen or at the kitchen bar. Just off the living room, there is a private balcony. When it’s time to relax and unwind, choose a spot in the living room on the plush recliner, couch, or loveseat. Fun marine and beach décor bring the beach feeling inside. Watch a movie on the 55-inch flatscreen TV and enjoy a quiet night in.

Make sure your beach towels are dry and ready for another day at the beach thanks to a stackable washer and dryer off the kitchen. High-end touches set off the shared bathroom, which has a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Those upgraded finishes continue into the main suite, boasting a king bed, wall-mounted TV, two closets, and private single vanity just inside the bedroom. Getting ready is a pleasure in the en-suite bathroom, outfitted with a tiled tub/shower combination. Guests are also pampered in the second bedroom, equipped with two full-size beds, a ceiling fan, 32-inch wall-mounted TV, and a large picture window.

Additional amenities include; board games for both children and adults as well as playing cards, a bar refrigerator, a full-size air mattress and pillows in the main closet (must provide own bedding), and beach gear (two chairs, an umbrella, toys).

THINGS TO KNOW
The Sandpiper Office lends out equipment for shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis, and golf.
Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
