New Year’s Vacation

This was our first time in Destin, FL and it was excellent. The Condo was in a perfect location and our condo has the best view and location on the property. Clean felt safe and very roomy for what we needed. Would definitely come back to this property.

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Great location that's not as busy, and walking the beach is beautiful down by the jetty and harbor. Complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus.

Sofa bed needs a new mattress, bathtubs don’t drain properly. Tennis/pickleball courts need lighting so you can play after 8 pm. Towel and linen service was great. Awesome view. Kitchen was fully stocked. Elevator was a little far from the unit. We will visit again

Great location / so much fun !

We are huge Destin people from Texas and have traveled to this beach several times. This was our first time staying on this end of Destin We absolutely loved it. Perefct location around several activities. The Condo was absolutely adorable and had the perfect beachy vibe. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to use the elevator, but also was easy to use the stairs as well. The little extra amenities on the site made it fun for our family . And the view from our room was amazing. Perfect location for a family forsure.

The only negative thing I can say about the unit was the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. The wooden table and chairs are very unstable and the other chairs had rust. The decor was cute. The cleanliness was not what it should have been. The hard surfaces had not been wiped down. There was dust all over the lamps, hanging light fixtures and vents. The walls and doors had stuff that also should have been wipes down. Otherwise, it had a great view of the ocean and was convenient to the stairs going to the parking lot and beach.
