We are so excited to offer our beach home to you! This jewel is located in the fabulous Holiday Isle community in a gated, friendly 30 unit complex. Our home is on the end unit of the second floor. The three living room windows overlook the beach, giving you a spectacular view of the sugary white sand, the grassy dunes, the East Pass, the Jetties and the Gulf...all in one glance! The balcony overlooks the beautiful pool on one side and the spectacular beach on the other. Walk out the front door and you are at the stairway to the beach! A three minute walk through the soft warm sand and your toes will be in the clear water that the Emerald Coast is famous for! No roads to cross! If you love snorkeling or fishing, some of the best around is right outside your door. From the front of the complex, the harbor is just across the street. You can't get any closer to paradise!! Holiday Isle also offers several miles of sidewalks for your morning walks.

After your day at the beach or one of the nearby activities, like the Big Kahuna Water Park or Gulfarium, relax and enjoy dinner prepared in your beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with its granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances or grill with your family on one the community gas grills. Eat dinner watching the colors of the sunset as the last of the sailboats and beachcombers call it a day. If you prefer to go out for dinner, some of the coast's best restaurants are just minutes away by car or walk just down the street and catch the water taxi (seasonal) to the many venues around the Harbor.

Our home sleeps 6. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to the balcony and provides a view of the beach and the moon over the water as you rest for the night. It has a queen-size bed with a comfortable new mattress. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed with a new mattress, a Blu-Ray player and an X-box 360 game system with family friendly games. Both bedrooms have 32” flat panel TVs. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and a 58” flat panel TV.

You just need to bring the sunscreen and fun! We love our home and welcome you to enjoy it as much as we do!









Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.



Other situations, like general State of Emergency, voluntary evacuations, canceled/delayed flights, changed travel plans including blocked roads in other areas of the Country or fear of travel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

We suggest purchasing 3rd party travel insurance when you make the booking in order to be protected for unforeseen circumstances.
