Beach Front Condo

This lovely, direct beachfront condo has 2 bedrooms and is on the 6th floor. The entire unit has been refurnished and professionally decorated in a tasteful beach theme designed to maximize the ambiance of the incredible beach view. TVs in each bedroom and living room. Master bedroom has a king bed with a new pillow-top mattress with memory foam. The second bedroom has a full bed with a soft pillow-top Sealy-Posturepedic mattress. The living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa, bringing the sleeping capacity to 4. The master bath features a whirlpool tub and shower. The second bathroom has a porcelain tub and shower. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and free WiFi. Of course, the best amenity is the magnificent gulf view. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Mother Nature forced us inside quite a few days during our stay but the comfy condo made it easier to be stuck indoors. One of my favorite things about staying there was of the feeling of being on the 50 yard line of the Gulf and watching the dolphin’s play every day

Owner was excellent as far as communication. He was able to get us in the room early in the day as requested and was quick on his responses. He was also very understanding about the beach chair rental issue and how if we do not pay to rent them then we can’t take our own chairs close to the water. However, they allowed others to stay . The tv in the family room only had 1 channel. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Destin and will definitely return.

Great view of the beach. Dislike being made to rent chairs to be right on the beach during the day. 55 a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella is pretty expensive since we drive in and have our own chairs. Condo was perfect for just my husband and I for a quick getaway. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was great and prime location for everything. The glass views from the balcony were amazing and we got to see dolphins every morning. The host was WONDERFUL with communication. She responded promptly and was super nice. We have stayed in many VRBOs and her communication was the best. Will stay again when we come back to Destin!

Great place to stay!

Property was centrally located, close to everything. The beach views was amazing! There was a little hiccup with housekeeping, but it was resolved quickly and no big deal. The host was extremely accommodating.

Easy, restful, paradise

The location is perfect. Easy drive to all the interesting and fun restaurants. The well designed condo feels like home right away. The beach is right off of the balcony where we watched dophins swimming by. The pool was never crowded and the beach breeze was incredible. The soft white sand never got hot. I wanted to keep walking in it. It seemed to pull the toxins and stress out of my body. I would love to stay in this most peaceful and breathtaking place forever!

Wonderful Experience

This was my first attempt at vacationing using a VRBO and it was a great experience. The location is very close to lots of eating choices, souvenir shops and most importantly the beach! The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only reason for the four stars versus five was that there was some sand on the floors, which may be inevitable due to the location. The balcony looks out over the pool, beach and water which was enjoyable after a day at the beach. The arrival process was easier that I had imaged and there was plenty of parking during our May visit. No negatives to report during our week's stay.

Destin Stay April 2025

The location of the condo is perfect and the building, pool, and beach access is great! It is located close to many restaurants and the HarborWalk. The only negatives I would say is the condo itself needed some attention. Paint on the walls was chipped, there were nails on the walls with no pictures, there was garbage left from the previous renters in the bedroom and the shower head in one of the bathrooms was very lose. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo and we were 2 adults so it did not take away from our vacation, but wanted to clear on this review.

Our Stay

Other than the check-in, the trip was overall a good time. The property needs some maintenance. One of the only 2 elevators was not working on Friday when we arrived. The man that checked us in was rude and not helpful at all. Told us there was someone on the way to fix the elevator. Needless to say, It was still broken when we left. The other guy told us that this is the worst place to stay and that they never take care of anything. (all this upon trying to check in). Later, meeting some other owners there, we were also told the same thing.
