  • Holiday Surf 321 fue completamente remodelado y renovado a partir de julio de 2017. Este condominio de diseño profesional abarca muebles de medio siglo, industriales y costeros que ejemplifican la nostalgia, la comodidad y la relajación. La suite principal frente al golfo con acceso al balcón cuenta con una Smart TV de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king de mediados de siglo con mesitas de noche flotantes y una cómoda de mediados de siglo. El baño principal se ha rediseñado por completo con una puerta corredera de granero, un tocador grande, una ducha a ras de suelo con un grifo con cabezal de lluvia y un azulejo azul claro. El espejo de madera recuperada agrega un toque vintage.

    La pared que conduce al dormitorio principal es una de las cuatro paredes con tapones de madera encalados. Esta pared en particular tiene una bicicleta vintage con una repisa de nogal adherida para exhibir, agregando recuerdos de antaño. Un gran reloj retro y apliques de pared realzan esta área.

    El segundo dormitorio tiene su propio baño remodelado con tocador azul, bañera nueva y baldosas de metro. La cama tamaño queen de madera recuperada es una costumbre única en su clase, acompañada por una mesita de noche de metal vintage y una cómoda. Además, tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD.

    La sala de estar cuenta con una sección en forma de L con almohadas mullidas, alfombra de la zona Momeni Bliss, viga de madera reciclada personalizada, cajas de sombra con un traje de baño clásico y gorros de baño vintage, centro de entretenimiento y mesa de mapas, y TV de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas con Blu -Ray reproductor de DVD. Los apliques de pared y los espejos a ambos lados del televisor y el centro de entretenimiento agregan un ambiente adicional.

    La mesa del comedor es un diseño original de los propietarios, con un anuncio de época como punto focal en la mesa. La caja de luz vintage de resortes encara sobre la mesa del comedor que cuelga de una viga de madera reciclada personalizada y tiene luces industriales de Edison, placas vintage de Florida y una variedad de postales antiguas de Florida de los años 50, 60 y 70. La península tiene estaño vintage de principios del siglo XX. Directamente al otro lado de la cocina, la puerta de la despensa es de la década de 1800, agregando otra sensación vintage personalizada.

    La ubicación de esta unidad del tercer piso dentro del complejo tiene vistas espectaculares desde el balcón, el dormitorio principal y las salas de estar y comedor. El balcón alberga una mesa y sillas de madera de teca recuperadas, en las que puede disfrutar de las vistas de las arenas blancas, las aguas azules y los sonidos de las olas mientras observa a los delfines.

Generally speaking the property checked all the boxes in a better than average performance! Was it elite -no. Were we disappointed with anything to do with the property - no. We do prefer something a little closer (short walking distance) to activities, restaurants, etc etc and this property misses that mark if that is important to you but we accepted and understood that when making the reservation!

Beautifully decorated condo with comfy beds and a great view!!

We had the best time on our family vacation! The condo was clean and so beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. We had an issue with the shower and they were right on it and fixed it right away! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

This place was really awesome and the room was excellent. The view we had was great.

We were very happy with this property and the room we stayed in. Had a excellent view and easy access to the beach. The free beach service was nice although you have to get up early to reserve a good spot. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The condo was just as advertised. The decor was very nice. The condo amenities were great: pool, beach chairs and umbrella. We would recommend the Destin area!

Nice vacation

The condominium was perfect , just as described. Great Location ! Beach was absolutely beautiful , White powder sand and water is clear . Would highly recommend .

Beautiful and clean! The booking page says sleep six, but that was misleading.

Easy booking process and we will definitely book again! We had 5 people and it should say that it only sleeps 4.

Beautiful decorations and very clean

My husband and I enjoyed a quick trip away from our children. It was beautiful inside and very clean. Gorgeous view of the gulf and close to a lot of food and shopping places. Perfect location and very helpful at the front desk. We will be back next year for sure.

Amazing!!!

This property was so beautiful! The condo was decorated perfectly and the view was amazing! Communication with the property management was wonderful! The facility had everything you would ever want for a beach vacation! We loved every second of our time here and would definitely come back again!

Perfect location!!!

We absolutely loved this condo! The decor was beautiful. We did did not want to leave. Definitely plan to stay here again!!! Only thing missing was washer/dryer in unit but other than that we loved it.

The condo was amazing, it was just as pictured and even better. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I do wish the master had a fan, as I'm a hot sleeper. Everything was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Excellent Property & Memorable Stay

Better than expected! Our first visit to Destin surpassed our expectations starting with our rental of this condo. Every detail in this condo was as pictured and accurately described, however the pictures don’t do it justice for every single meticulous detail taken into account to make this condo the perfect stay on the beach. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, there was always plenty of parking, and there are plenty of amenities in this building to make a vacation comfortable for the whole family. It’s just steps from room to the beautiful beach. We absolutely plan to be back and hope to book this very same room again in the future!

Loved the view it was awesome to get up early and have breakfast on the balcony and watch the dolphins and ships roll out. Would definitely stay here again the staff was so friendly and nice,also loved that the condo wasnt on located on a busy road also really close to grocery store and restaurants! Fortunately Megan Pollak was able to get us two rooms, one for four nights and one for three nights. It was inconvenient to move but that was better than losing our vacation. Thank you Megan.
