Thanks to the Army Corp of Engineers they just completed the beach restoration (conducted every 10yrs). The Beach just tripled in size!!!

Beachfront condo with amazing unobstructed 180-degree view of the gorgeous Emerald Coast. When you open the front door, you immediately feel a sense of relaxation. The condo has not been rented previously and was recently renovated with high-quality appointments.

Front door is equipped with a Schlage touchpad deadbolt for your convenience and safety. We will provide you with a 4-digit combination upon arrival. Please activate the lock when you leave by touching the Schlage name above the keypad. We also have a Ring doorbell that has a camera sensor and a speaker for you to communicate with us upon arrival, if necessary.

First off the communication from John and Lisa is wonderful! The place is incredible with beautiful views! Lots of room, any amenities we needed, and better than we ever expected. Couldn't be more perfect!

This condo is in excellent shape, the complex is well-maintained, the kitchen is well-supplied with cookware, the location is perfect, the owners are incredible to work with, the beach is soooooo close, and the listing is very accurate. 2019 Girls Trip

We just returned from our annual girls trip and had such a wonderful time. The condo was absolutely beautiful with every comfort of home you could possibly imagine. This condo is absolutely perfect! The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The owners thought of everything possible. The view of the beach was beautiful and the beach is so close. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay

The place was awesome! It was exactly as described on the rental site. It was perfect for my family of four, including two little kids. Accommodations were great, there were even already basic commodities there (trash bags, seasonings, Keuring pods, laundry soap, etc) so it was better than several other places we have stayed at that had absolutely nothing. Plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans if needed as well. Very clean, well kept, and had absolutely beautiful ocean views out the windows and on the patio. It is perfect for little kids since the beach is literally right next to the building (approx. 2 minute walk from door to sand) and it is easy to wrangle them back and forth with their beach toys. There were also sand toys and boogie boards to borrow, a huge win. We got there just after a tropical storm (Barry) had stirred up the ocean in the Gulf, so the pool located at the building was nice for when the ocean was too rough to swim for a day or two. We still went to the beach and played in the sand, it was just too dangerous to go into the water. Once the red flag conditions died down, the private beach and included chairs/umbrella were awesome and the beach was perfect for the kids to play without being too crowded. The water was great, lots of seashells and sea life to look at, including dolphins swimming just offshore. There are also tons of restaurants/shopping/things to do nearby, which is definitely nice. We had a great time and I highly recommend this place for you and your family!

Destin vacation 2019

We had a great time! I loved the fact that the condo we stayed in was only 6 floors and not a highrise. The beach out in front of the condo was private with beach chairs belonging to the condo and there was a big beach area in front of the chairs that no one was allowed to put umbrellas on in front of the other chairs. 😊
