"Property is in a great location with clean rooms and super friendly staff."

"Perfect stay hot breakfast clean room convenient to dinner good night sleep Just overall great overnight stay"

"We really enjoy staying at the Hampton in Frankfort!!"

"The room was nice and roomy. We stayed in a King Suite. It was very nice with a really comfortable bed. It was close to amenities and the parking was also convenient. It was also close to multiple restaurants and close to Buffalo Trace Distillery."

"We were greeted by the helpful and friendly front desk clerk. The online check in process did not work so the front desk checked us in, informed us that parking was across the street by the railroad tracks. We had to get help with the in-room a/c split system in order to adjust. The bed and pillows were comfy. But no place to put your shower stuff on inside the shower, no floor mat, and the TP they use must be from the dollar store, it was awful. The staff was very accommodating when we asked...

"Very unique property and restaurant is delicious as well and portions were definitely more than we expected. The corner tower room we stayed in was impressive. It was definitely worth the side quest stop to stay here as our halfway point to Tennessee. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay I highly recommend."

"We were in town to tour Wild Turkey, and this hotel is in the perfect location for that. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, plenty of parking. We’d stay here again."

"Arrived on our scheduled day. Temperature was 100°. The host mentioned when we unpacked that the air conditioning didn’t work upstairs but she would put in fans. Which she did. Really did not help. The hosts were very friendly and nice people, but the property has really gone downhill. It is such a shame. It...

"We stayed at other hotels without a staff before, and this one works smoothly. Lovely, big sweets with comfortable beds, great rooms for relaxing, and a well appointed kitchenette There are no amenities but a fun Speakeasy. Located right downtown with lots of walkable shops and restaurants,"

"They are not a good hotel"

"First, they charge a $30 deposit, but you only get $10 back when you check out. We never heard of that before. Oh, there’s a sign that says no refunds. The stairs were not in good shape, the parking lot seems very unsafe, and the room was not good. It looked like it was remodeled by DIYers who never DIYd before. The sheets were grossly dirty, so we immediately went back. Thankfully they did issue a refund, and we left."

"room smelled bad and the AC did not work."
