"For what they charge not bad but definitely not great as the hotel need updating, it not dirty , however, it can appear as though due desperately needing updating. Now, with that said the hotel is right next to the Mayo Clinic, they have a restaurant right on the property and serves a multitude of different offerings which most people appreciate and they serve alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails and the usual fountain drinks. "Perfect place for a construction guy that smokes in the front parking lot. No coffee maker in the room, no cups, no silverware, I wanted to make some tea after a long flight. I had to go to the front desk and beg for a cup. I was there for a week. I bought cups and silverware. I empted my own trash. The first guy at the front desk was great. The others were grumpy. No exercise room. No business area, which I needed for printing. There was a desk in the room which I needed for working. Nice...

"The breakfasts and the late afternoon snacks were fantastic. This is the first time that the paid food was worse than the free food. At Ironwood, it was an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the quality was sub-par. At Toro service was quicker but quality was lacking for our breakfast. The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime."

"Love this hotel so much, 5 pools, tons of kid-friendly activities daily. Hot tubs! Restaurant service definitely could use some serious help and training, very unprofessional and we preferred ordering to-go and eating in our room. Bar was good and bar tenders were great. Minus the restaurant 10/10 this was our second time and we will be back for next year for sure."
