Our studio apartment located in the historical Argonne building is in the heart of downtown Des Moines! Perfect for quick weekend with the crew (multiple units available!) and perfectly suited for a longer term stay. Amenities include elevator, wifi, secured building, smart TV, and your own washer and dryer. Walking distance to all the amazing restaurants on Ingersoll, Confluence & Big Grove Brewery are just steps away - enjoy everything downtown has to offer!

We are available 7 days a week 8a.m. -12MID CST

Welcome to downtown DSM! You'll be surrounded with numerous dining and entertainment options just steps away. Don't miss the beautiful Sculpture Park, located right across the street. Even an eclectic Consignment shop located right in the building! Big Grove Brewery & Confluence Brewery just a few blocks away!

You will have access to the entire building

Welcome to our studio apartment, thoughtfully crafted with your comfort in mind. Step into this generously sized, open space where you'll discover a dreamy queen-sized bed, a smart TV for your entertainment, and a fully stocked kitchen. In addition, you'll have the convenience of a separate room housing a washer and dryer, along with a well-appointed bathroom. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, rest assured that everything you need for a perfect stay - long term or short term - is right here at your fingertips.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!

The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night lift, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held. Paid street parking is plentiful all around the building. Download the ParkDSM app to help speed up the parking process.

The room was very sparse, nowhere to put your suitcase but on the floor. No chair to sit on except two high chairs by the table. No hangers or hooks for clothes. It was cheep.

We never stayed

We never stayed. We canceled and yet they still sent us ‘automated’ emails and notifications. They never responded to any of my emails. The fact I’m getting this email / survey shows I believe shows how much they will care for their gusts. (In order to submit this I have to assign a star rating…but again we canceled the reservation)
