A wonderful space in a great location. Free parking with the ability to go in and out as often as you'd like located on the same block. The building itself is a really well kept and beautiful building with lots character.The check in process was explained very well and was easy. Timely and helpful communication from the host throughout the process. I will be looking for this space the next time I'm in the area.

My partner and I were in Des Moines for a quick stop at the capitol building followed by a visit to the Iowa State Fair. Our stay was very comfortable, quiet, and easy to navigate the step by step directions for entry (i.e. keys and parking). The provided amenities were just right for our length of stay. One special feature of the property is its historical designation (surprising given how modern the condo feels). The architecture and design of the lobby are amazing -- SO cool! The location was perfect for us, and we hope to stay again when we return to DSM. Thank you so much!

Kyle's place was great and perfect for my wife and I. Kyle was very accommodating and responsive when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Downtown event

The property was very nice and comfortable. A great location for downtown Des Moines events right on the skywalk system. Also a great location for lots of restaurants and drinking establishments. On site parking is a very big plus too. We will definitely stay here again

Anniversary Getaway

We booked this property for a long weekend getaway for our anniversary. Location was perfect to ensure we were close to all the downtown activities. Check-in was fairly easy despite the lengthy instructions. Would recommend!

Perfect spot

Wife and I was visiting from IL to attend the state fair. This place was perfect for us. It is located in walking distance from so many night life activities and food options. The room is very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The private off street parking garage was a plus. I highly recommend booking this location and we will definitely be staying again when we return.

Very Nice!

We loved the apartment, very cozy, amazing location! The apartment was spacious and comfy, we loved watching movies on the couch with the projector! The farmers market was about 50 feet from the door which was super convenient! Overall our experience was awesome!

Great and convenient place

I stayed here with my daughter for a swim meet. It was great to have a close place to everything we needed. It was a quick and easy skywalk or outside walk to the pool, coffee, and grocery store. Nice to also have a kitchen and washing machine and a very clean, bright place. Will consider staying again for future visits.

Great place!!

The building had a great old charm to it. The location is amazing and centered close to bars and restaurants. The place was clean and charming. The property manager was great, walked us through finding the keys and parking which was very helpful. He also always answered the phone, was attentive and even offered some restaurant choices

Great place and great location!

I don’t have a negative thing to say about this property. It was a great place and a great location. As others mention, the check in process involves a few steps, but the host does a great job of detailing exactly what you need to do. We didn’t have any issues getting keys or parking. Bed was extremely comfortable and the projector/tv was a bonus. Tons of bars and restaurants in walking distance and host was extremely responsive and flexible. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in Downtown Des Moines

This is a spacious and roomy apartment...bright with plenty of windows. The full kitchen + washer and dryer were a big plus for our five night stay. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is fully stocked with everything you might need. It is only one block to a full-service grocery/drug market. There are dozens of great restaurants within a few blocks. The off-street parking is secure. We were completely impressed.
