"We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. "We had a great weekend for our family. Our host was SUPER responsive to our questions; checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything; and followed up after we left. Space was just what we needed for our extended family visit that included kids and adults. Located around the corner from an ice cream spot the kids loved walking to. "We came to town to watch the Bills and Sabres play. The property was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We never seen a bbq grill that we had access to per amenities listed and the washing machine is in the stairway connected to the upstairs apartment. But overall, it was a pretty good experience. "

The view of the lake and sunset, and proximity to the park beach is great. Polly is very accommodating and includes delicious teas and coffees with your stay."

"Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space. We appreciated the host's thorough directions and book of recommendations. It was easy to get around from this location. Overall the cleanliness was okay, but we did have to wipe down the bathroom from the previous guests. We didn't pay a cleaning fee, so we understood there might be a little tidying up."

"Great communication, nice house, accurate pictures. House has 3 floors he lives on the 3rd floor. Didn’t know dog was upstairs friend has dog allergy her eyes began to swell towards the end of the night and throat started itching."
