Please note that live music is played nearby on Friday and Saturday evenings until approximately 11:30 PM. Guests may experience some noise during these times – guests staying Friday or Saturday receive a complimentary cocktail from the bar menu as part of their stay.

The open-plan living area makes an immediate impression, with heavy exposed timber beams, herringbone parquet flooring, and a brick chimney breast centred around a working fireplace. A cowhide rug, purple velvet sofa, chaise longue, stained-glass window feature, wall-mounted smart TV, dedicated workspace, and sound system complete the space. An upper mezzanine level with metal railings adds further architectural interest above.

The shared roof terrace offers rattan seating, a wooden cable-reel table, an outdoor dining area, artificial grass, and string lighting, with views to the church tower beyond the boundary wall.

Room-darkening blinds, portable fans, WiFi with download speeds of up to 70 Mbps, an Ethernet connection, and a pocket WiFi device are all available. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, fireplace guards, window guards, and a first aid kit are all in place.

The Layout

Adassa is accessed via its own private entrance using a smart lock, with no key collection required. An internal carpeted staircase with a metal handrail and exposed brick wall leads to the main living area. Guests with limited mobility or difficulty with stairs should factor this in before booking. Luggage drop-off can be arranged if needed.

Kitchen: Dark-fronted fitted units on two walls with hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, hot water kettle, and full-length mirror. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, tea, coffee, and cleaning products all provided.

Bedroom: Double bed dressed in black quilted bedding with yellow cushions, beneath an exposed beam. Ornate gilt-framed mirror, wooden surface along one wall, clothes hangers, room-darkening blinds, and hair dryer provided.

Bathroom: Walk-in corner shower enclosure, decorative patterned floor tiles, wall-hung toilet. Body soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

Shared Roof terrace: Rattan sofa and chair seating, metal chairs, cable-reel table, outdoor dining area, artificial grass, and string lighting with rooftop church tower views.

Adassa sits on Castle Donington High Street, with pubs, restaurants, independent shops, and a Co-op supermarket all within easy walking distance. A historic stone church stands immediately next door, visible from the shared roof terrace.

Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Upsells such as early check‑in, late check‑out, and add‑on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non‑refundable once booked.

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
