"Mother nature threw a curve ball right before our stay. Host was dealing with some water damage due to power outage. We arrived after a 3 hour drive, only to find an empty pool. But Host Justin communicated the issue and he was on it, making sure he had the professionals there fixing everything and we were able to enjoy the pool and comfortable stay at this house. I now trust any future bookings with this host will go above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Justin and Kyle!"

"Wonderful for a week or two stay, can't beat the price and everything you need. Dog friendly, separate entrance, controlled parking, nice remodel finishing up. I couldn't be happier, great mural in historic downtown!"

"Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!"

"Such a neat property!! In between 2 bodies of water there are very few places for a dog to get lost! They had a blast exploring the grounds, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking. It had everything I expected and more. We'll be back!!!"
