The space
With five generous bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, there’s room for everyone to spread out. Two master suites—one upstairs and one downstairs—feature king beds, ensuite bathrooms and additional sleeping options such as an air mattress and crib. Upstairs, two sunlit bedrooms each hold a queen bed, while a downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed alongside two bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. Fresh linens, extra pillows and darkening shades ensure restful nights.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms include a combination of shower and bathtub, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap, while a half bath provides added convenience. Plenty of plush towels and thoughtful touches make getting ready a pleasure.

Kitchen & living
The heart of the home is a fully renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless‑steel appliances. Double ovens, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker make meal prep a breeze. Share meals at the six‑seat dining table before unwinding in one of the two stylish lounges, complete with sectional sofas, smart TVs with streaming options and a cosy gas fireplace. A second lounge downstairs offers extra seating and room for board games. High‑speed Wi‑Fi (100 Mbps), Ethernet connectivity and dedicated workspaces support remote work and corporate stays.

Outdoor space
Step outside to a fenced backyard where the private four‑person hot tub invites you to unwind year‑round. There’s ample space for pets and children to play (two dogs are welcome with a fee), and driveway parking accommodates your vehicles.

Located on a quiet street in West Barnum, the home is an eight‑minute drive to downtown Denver, 16 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre and 30 minutes to Denver International Airport. Quick access to highways 6 and I‑25 makes day trips to the mountains or Boulder easy. Within minutes you’ll find Mexican, Vietnamese and Thai restaurants, plus grocery stores and breweries. Whether you’re travelling for work, visiting family or planning a long‑term stay, this stylish, comfortable home provides a peaceful base close to everything.

SECURITY CAMERAS: installed outside the property monitoring the front door. There are no cameras inside the property.

FISH CARE: Every Tuesday, a technician will stop by feed the fish and clean the tank. They WILL enter the home with a code.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

FIREPLACE: Please note the fireplaces are NOT operational.
