This charming Wash Park bungalow is the perfect blend of vintage character and modern conveniences. This lower level unit with separate entrance boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms and a fully renovated kitchen.

The home itself sits across the street from Grasemere Lake. The area is complete with lush landscaping, delicious restaurants, hip bars but also possess a family-friendly atmosphere. Wash Park itself has two lakes, flower gardens, tree-lined paths and seemingly endless expanses of green grass. It's a fitness mecca for Denverites! Nearby is South Pearl Street now home to restaurants, galleries, wine and cocktail bars, specialty shops and boutiques!

If you have never been to Wash Park, it really is one of the best places in Denver. Plus, I happen to live ON the park. Wash Park is a vibrant neighborhood located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. The neighborhood is named after Washington Park, a sprawling green space that is the centerpiece of the community. With its tree-lined streets, charming bungalows, and friendly atmosphere, Wash Park is a sought-after destination for both residents and visitors alike.

Wash Park is home to a wide variety of amenities, including restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores. The park itself is a popular destination, with two large lakes, multiple sports fields, and a beautiful rose garden. It's a great place to take a leisurely stroll, go for a jog, or play a game of Frisbee.

In addition to its many recreational opportunities, Wash Park is also home to some of Denver's top schools, making it a great choice for families. The neighborhood is conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Denver, making it easy to access all that the city has to offer.

You will have freedom to the entire ground level floor and the shared back yard and laundry area. Stretch out and enjoy yourself.

There is NO DESIGNATED PARKING at the property but there is plenty of street parking available on Downing, Arizona or Mississippi!

This home has 2 units (main level & garden level). This is a downstairs unit with potential guests staying in the upstairs unit. The laundry and backyard are shared spaces for both units. The home itself sits across the street from Grasemere Lake. The home has a rustic/modern feel, fully stocked kitchen, two luxurious bedrooms, one spa inspired bathroom, Apple TV/Netflix & a private shared yard inclusive of a grill! The kitchen is newly updated with top of the line appliances, exposed brick and a breakfast area! The space is cozy 1100 sf. and is perfect for couples, families, friends or solo traveler! There is NO DESIGNATED PARKING at the property but there is plenty of street parking available on Downing, Arizona or Mississippi!

I'm 4 blocks from the light rail.

House Rules:

- Quiet hours are from 8pm-8am so as to not disturb the upstairs tenant.
- Please do not unplug the electronics and please notify us if you are reseting the router.
- Please make sure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate.
- ALL smoking must be done in the backyard, please don't use the front porch. There is a $100 violation fee.
- Please do not cover or disable the smoke detectors.
- To avoid any insects please don't leave food out overnight.
- Any pet other than a dog must be approved in advance.

We have dogs ourselves and we want to provide our guests the option to travel with their pet. However we have had some irresponsible dog owners in the past and now feel the need to clearly state some requirements. If you are traveling with a pet:

- There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee
- Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed on the property
- Your pet must be fully potty-trained and not destructive
- Your pet cannot be left alone if it suffers from separation anxiety
- Please try to keep your pet off the furniture, but we know this isn't always possible
- Please clean up after your pet outside

My overall impression is that this place could be phenomenal if it were given more care. The property is in a great location. Simple things like providing wash cloths and hand towels, making sure all electrical outlets in the bedrooms work, a folder with check out information and local attractions, safety egress from the bedrooms aren’t blocked, basic landscaping so thorny rose vines don’t block the path, making sure the living room carpet corner is not rolled up such that there is a significant tripping hazard, having hangers in the closet (these were provided when asked)…these things would make the place awesome

Only 2 towels. 0 wash cloths 0 hand towels. No hand soap. No dish towels. No dish soap. Bring your own shampoo and cream rinse. Everything in kitchen dirty greasy everything you would want to cook with, glasses, silverware. (no soap to clean). Oven filthy. Coffee pot too dirty to even clean. There are three large closets and zero hangers I was given two sets of directions for check-in with codes and followed the first set going to the wrong house with wrong check in codes in the middle of the night. Only to realize they gave two sets. During my stay at night in the dark in the cold, the code to the door stopped working I called the emergency number and it took an hour for them to call me back they Changed the battery the next day, but not at the time that we agreed to meet Location is great. Unit was big. There is a washer dryer that you can use which I didn’t need. Unfortunately there’s a rental upstairs and the maids who clean for people who come and go and that machine basically runs constantly and it’s very loud it’s literally right outside your door. And the noise from above is quite loud. I don’t think anybody’s stomping around, but just walking around, the floorboards creek and there’s no rugs up there. It’s just loud with a lot of renters up there coming and going. If they fixed Some of these problems, the place would be good Enough.

Loved being right across the street from Washington Park!! Whole Foods just a few blocks away. Not the fanciest place ever but met our needs.

Stayed here one night with friends for a crash pad after a concert at The Gothic. Great location, nice place. Had some issues with noise from renters upstairs having a party but that was the only downfall of the place.
