Beautiful 4000 sq. ft. ranch style, 4-bedroom home, 3-full baths with main floor 5-piece master suite, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you need to create amazing meals, dual-sided fireplace on main floor with covered deck (accessible from master suite) overlooking mountains, park, open space, basement has game room with pool table, 75" television, board games, puzzles, and outdoor fire-pit and 7-person hot tub. Additional features include: laundry, 2-car garage, high speed internet, office capabilities with wireless printer, dining area for 12 and EV charging station in the garage. This home is perfect for family or any type of gathering! Minutes to the freeway, to access mountains, or 30 minutes to downtown Denver.We are a dog friendly home as long as your dog is house trained and you pay our pet fee.

Colorado Christmas Stay

Our family of 8 (adult children & grandchildren) stayed at this beautiful house over Christmas Week. Our parents live nearby & proximity to their home as well as the many shopping options couldn't have been better. The Denver airport is about 30 min away & made it easy to get to & from without issues. Check in/out was easy and host communication was wonderful. The home & surrounding property itself is lovely. Our host, Sara, made it festive & included decorated Christmas trees, holiday decor & special touches throughout. The house (4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) was plenty big for the adults & the little ones, & the downstairs was extra roomy - a perfect place to run around. The adults enjoyed the pool table & the large sectional-which was very comfy. The perfect room for our Christmas morning present opening. There was plenty of kitchen space for lots of helpers for meal prep, & appliances for everything you might need. The dining room was large enough for all of us to gather around the table-as well as a few bar top spaces if needed. It snowed while we were there & just outside our back yard was a cute park that we played at a number of times. Although we did not get to use it, the back deck had patio furniture, BBQ grills, firepit, and a hot tub, & I can imagine it would be perfect for enjoying in the summertime as well. I could go on & on, but try to keep it simple-you can't beat this rental home. It was perfect in every way. Thank you so much Sara!

Excellent home for families

We flew into Parker for a family wedding and stayed at Sara‘s home with my husband and four young daughters. Sara was gracious enough to purchase a pack and play for our youngest daughter, which made everything more convenient. It was such a wonderful surprise to see that the home backed up to trails, a nice playground, and even in the distance a farm with some cows and horses! Even though a lot of our time was spent exploring and with extended family for the wedding, whenever we were back at the house, the girls were occupied, and we felt very relaxed. Sara really has everything you can possibly need at her house. One of my favorite things about her home is the outdoor space. There are two great sitting areas near a fireplace or a fire pit. And then the hot tub is amazing! One great bonus was we noticed she had a listing only two doors down and my parents along with my sisters and spouses were able to rent that home. It was great for us all to be close to each other. We would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect

This house is perfect! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed and more. It’s so nice having a fully stocked kitchen when you’re away from home. Great neighborhood with really nice neighbors. We really enjoyed the balcony and the views as well as the karaoke machine in the basement! Sara was so thoughtful, accommodating and flexible. I will recommend this house to family and friends coming to visit Denver!

Beautiful property

If you are considering a stay in the Parker area, you can't go wrong renting this property. Between the views from the deck, playground, spa, and pool table, your family will have plenty to keep them occupied. Sara communicated everything we needed and if any questions came up, was extremely quick to respond.

Beautiful home with all the amenities that you won’t want to leave!

Sara’s home was amazing! The family enjoyed the holidays here. Decorations to make it feel like our own! Home was equipped with everything you would need. It was freezing when we were here so the space heaters were a nice touch! If it didn’t warm up, we would’ve been completely content hanging out at the house. The deck gets amazing views of the sunset. Fire pit and hot tub were also available even though we didn’t get to use them. Pool table was a huge hit and having all that space between 6 adults was nice! We wished we scheduled more down time in our itinerary for the weekend to be able to enjoy it all! Sara is a great host and super responsive! Stop looking and book her home now! Convenient access to the highway for all of our adventures during our stay!

A wedding, a getaway and Thanksgiving to remember!

This property was all we hoped for and then some. Our large family truly enjoyed our time in this spacious home. We were in the area to celebrate our son's wedding and then hosted Thanksgiving dinner for both sides of the family! The kitchen is a dream, the views from the deck and the see through fireplace were perfect for the chilly late November evenings. The pool table and darts, hot tub, walking path and playground across from the back yard were a great way to keep non cooks out of our way...haha. Seriously, if you are looking for a comfortable home away from home near the Denver area but away from all that commotion you should rent this beautiful home.

The Best of Both Worlds!

The rental experience went smoothly; the property owner communicated expectations clearly and always responded to questions. She also was able to accommodate our group’s request for an early check-in. The property is a lovely, clean, spacious house- perfect for a large group gathering! My husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom, and my in-laws had plenty of space too. The kids in our group loved the large downstairs area, and the adults were fond of the outdoor deck and hot tub. It’s a quiet neighborhood, but you’re only 30 minutes from the action of downtown Denver and 40 minutes from Red Rocks!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this property. If you're looking for a family friendly house (and neighborhood), with a highly responsive property owner, then look no further. No complaints - we truly had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we found ourselves in the Denver area.

Great Family Home

Perfect Place!

This wonderful house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of playgrounds and parks to enjoy. There’s a great view of the mountains from the back deck. My family was 3 adults and one child. There was more than enough room for all of us. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything you could want. The host was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. My seven year old son LOVED the basement! The only times he came upstairs was to get food (haha).

Extended Family Christmas in Parker

The house completely met our needs for a bigger Christmas gathering near my mom in Parker this year. It’s layout is great for a bigger group with plenty of room upstairs for adults to cook and chat, while downstairs game room kept the kids perfectly occupied. Sara was a great host and the house was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

A Gem in Parker CO

We were in Parker for our daughter’s wedding and stayed at this location. I cant say enough positive vibes about this house. It is clean, spacious, warm and inviting. Well stocked with high end appliances and all the comforts of home. It was very difficult to leave this property. We plan to make this trip again. The owner is awesome and very reachable The views and quietness was much needed.
