  • This updated historic house is conveniently located with an easy walk or drive to any attraction in and around Denver. Our home is just a short 5 minute walk to some of the best cafes, bars, and restaurants in the city. The house is also in the most convenient location. While being in the heart of Denver, you can easily hop on the highway to get to the mountains quickly. Whether you are enjoying a few events around town or taking a trip to the mountains, you will be in the best and most sought out neighborhood in Denver.

    Enjoy a couple of rounds of shuffleboard in the living room, walk three blocks to the scenic Cherry Creek trail, drive 5 min to the Denver Performing Arts District, Meow Wolf and Mile High Stadium. Walk down a few stairs to the garden level to enjoy a second level of bedrooms, games, and entertainment. A close 10 minute drive to any neighborhood in Downtown Denver and only 25 min to Red Rocks! Truly one of the best locations in Denver. Full kitchen and parking available for 1 car. (There is plenty of street parking available)

Was lovely place. Trundle bed is offered but was in closet as well as porta crib. Baker Neighborhood Gem!

The home is very charming! A lovely front porch to enjoy coffee or cocktails, and many amenities nearby. Will definitely hope to rent again when needing accommodations in Denver.

Great house!

We had a great time at this property, it was perfect for a group with multiple families because there are common areas, bathrooms and a kitchen in both floors. We could all hang out when wanted and also have privacy when needed. It was easy to find and a central location for all our activities.

This home was simply lovely. It was in a great location to walk the areas, and have ample opportunities to stop in to local restaurants, bars/pubs, etc. It was clean and well appointed and there wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have.

Great Denver neighborhood!

The VRBO was clean and well stocked for our stay. The location was perfect for our downtown activities. We had a ball playing the games and will definitely plan to stay again next time we come to town. The only issue was the pillows were too hard but next time I will bring my own.

Good location and cute place

Overall the property was good and had a nice amount of space. The beds outside of the main bedroom were a bit hard and smaller than we had thought. I thought beds were all queens. Games were fun and a nice enhancement. Hairdryer needs to be replaced. Close walking distance to vintage shops and some cute restaurants and coffee shops.

This was a very nice home. The owner was very helpful and communicated well. Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay easier and more comfortable. And the shuffleboard didn't hurt either.

A Perfect Spot in Baker

This is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in! Beautiful house, perfectly decorated and stocked with all you need. The shuffleboard table was a great bonus in the living space, too. We loved the host's infographics and nearby entertainment suggestions. The neighborhood is super walkable, quiet, and friendly. We loved our time at Patrick's place and will definitely return!

GREAT stay!

The place was spectacular - clean, cute, and has a great shuffle board table! But most importantly, it was in a wonderful neighborhood with tons of fun food and shops in walking distance. The owner was quite communicative and left many great suggestions of places to visit in the home. Will 100% recommend to others!

Fun for the whole family. Great location and large open living space to play games. Shuffleboard being the MVP. Morning strolls for coffee through the historic neighborhood We’re delightful. House is extremely comfortable. Loved visiting on the porch!

Comfortable home for family group

The home was comfortable for our extended family to stay to attend a wedding. Centrally located in Denver. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ac worked well. The only things we noticed that weren’t up to 5 stars is that there wasn’t any soap or shampoo which there usually is in VRBOs and there wasn’t quite enough silverware for that size property.
