Resort Style Family Fun with guest house

Join us in Colorado on this private 6 acre estate with amenities to explore. Our accommodations include the main house and an optional guest/bunk house. We are located just 15 minutes from the Denver Airport. The main home features 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths home has a back yard for entertaining! Basketball court, sand volleyball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, 35-foot swim spa (year round), and hot tub (year round). Everything you need for entertainment in one backyard.

The house and grounds were great. Tons and tons of space. So many activities to do without even leaving. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Would defintely stay again!

Amazing stay in beautiful spacious home! The resistance pool , hot tub and volleyball courts were a huge hit for our group. We even set up pickleball courts. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone! Close to airport /hwy but very secluded. Mike and Tiffany were super responsive to any concerns. Would stay again. Thank you!

Best Backyard Ever!

This is our third time staying in this beautiful home. The owners are fantastic. The backyard is perfect for hosting friends and family for a BBQ. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Had a great stay

I hosted my micro wedding with friends and family here. The backyard was beautiful for our ceremony! We had lots of fun our 2nd day hanging out by the pool and hot tub. The hosts very kindly let us use the extra beds in the guest house so we had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

The Perfect Place

Holy cow this place was amazing. The rooms are spacious, the house is gorgeous and the amenities are unbeatable. The pools, pool room, varying indoor and outdoor hang out spaces made this a perfect location for ourgroup of 14.

Amazing Spot to Entertain and Celebrate

Mike was so awesome, the hospitality was top notch, and the property is absolutely perfect for gathering with friends and family. Highly recommend, we will be booking this place again!

Family Reunion

Had a family reunion here, the space kept everyone entertained between the outdoor activities, swim spa, game room, theatre, and central space to sit and chat. The house is on a quiet and large private property, and was a nice get away where we could relax and hang out. The house was clean, organized, and had plenty of towels for our large group. It was nice to get back to Colorado and we were only 30 minutes away from most of the spots we wanted to visit in Denver. Highly recommend.

Perfect Home for Large Groups

This was the second time we stayed in this beautiful home. Communication was excellent and we enjoyed volleyball, barbecue and just hanging out in this beautiful home!

Perfect for a guys’ trip

Great house/property that was clean and perfect for our Memorial Day wknd golf trip. The pool was out of commission which was pretty disappointing, but the hot tub, grill and other backyard amenities were awesome. Property is secluded the perfect amount – can be outside late without having issues with neighbors, but only 20-30 min from airport, Coors Field and dt Denver. Ubers/lyfts were easy. Movie theater room was fantastic, including for sports. Other than the pool, only “complaints” were very minor and likely due to the property description being a few years old. There was no sleeper sofa (we looked everywhere) and one of the bunk-beds was replaced with a normal fullsize bed, but plenty of couches so not a big deal. The pool house/bar had zero furniture and we never found a ping pong table or gameroom, but the other amenities were more than enough. Overall great and would definitely recommend. Only suggestion is for the owner to consider updating the VRBO profile slightly.

Beautiful Retreat Space

This property was perfect for our church retreat. The amenities were second to none! The area is breathtaking, open, and inviting. The host was responsive and accommodating. She was so kind to us! The ladies had a phenomenal time and are already asking when we can go back. It was a beautiful place to stay! I’d love to stay there in the summer. But the cold weather did not keep us out of the Jacuzzi or heated pool. I’m telling everyone about this place and the amazing host.

Perfect for us

Had a group in Denver for a golf trip - house was perfect for us. Accurately described and exactly what we were looking for. Very secluded (in a good way) so we could be outside late without fear of disrupting neighbors. Even though you felt out of the way, neighborhood was very safe.

Great time!

This was a really fun stay and we had a blast! The property was beautiful. The only things I which went different was the wrong code for entry was sent in the app delaying check in by about an hour, the towels were hard to find and finally located in the laundry room, and the cleaner came 30 minutes before check out time making it awkward. Also after paying that much money, a nice starter kit such as mini shampoo and,or conditioner would have been nice. We couldn’t figure out how to work the fireplace, but maybe it’s just for show or we were too scared to break anything. But overall it was really fun and the host was pretty responsive.

A great hangout spot

We had a group of friends stay at this house for a long weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we enjoyed some of the amenities like theater room, hot tub, and pool house. A few minor complaints. The theater room is located above the garage so maybe too far for the Wi-Fi to work very well. There was a lot of buffering when we tried watching basketball. Also there was a roll of paper towels on the counter when we arrived, but couldn’t find any extra rolls when that ran out. Fortunately there were plenty of regular towels to use instead.

Best work celebration we’ve done ever!

Our company was celebrating a 10 year anniversary and we had about 30 people come and go over the weekend. It’s perfect because if you have the owners set up the guest house then there is a studio apartment with three full size beds where people can just go to sleep to get away from the party. We will definitely be back during the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor activities as well. Thanks Tiffany!

Good property for groups

This is a great property for a large group. Great amenities and plenty of beds. Very close to the airport. My only suggestion for the owner is to align the welcome book instructions on checking out with the instructions online. That said, we had a seamless experience.
