Littleton / Highlands Ranch / Lone Tree -- Look no further! Are you relocating, house hunting or attending a family reunion -- this house is easy access to C470 and Broadway.

This house has one large living space on the main level, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and garage. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Laundry in the basement. Bike path & greenbelt are just steps away from the front yard and runs for miles and miles!

Sorry, but we are NOT 420-friendly—we're every other kind of friendly, but no smoking or drugs. Thank you!!

Highlands Ranch

This was a great location for my family. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Wonderful walking path close by and close proximity to shops and restaurants. It was nice to have the bathroom essentials provided along with many kitchen staples. A few cosmetic blemishes, that would not deter us from renting again in the future. A communication with the host, thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic stay!!

This was the PERFECT place for us to stay. We used the trail next to the property every day to get to activities. The bedroom:bathroom ratio was perfect, especially since there is a door between the shower and toilet in one of them. It was clean and welcoming. The cul du sac was perfect for our kids to play while we were getting ready. Great communication from host and reasonable check out expectations. Truly can’t say enough great things!

Stayed for Thanksgiving with family.

House was located great for us as our time was spent in HRanch and Littleton. Bed was comfortable and dinning area is spacious. Garage space is nice also. We prefer to cook in and the kitchen worked for us but it is in need of an update. We were bummed to not have access to an outdoor grill. 2 bathrooms upstairs is a great feature. We did not use the basement.

Home away from Home

We stayed at this rental with our pet while our permanent home was getting its carpet steam cleaned. It was perfect. We even got to take in a Thursday night Broncos football game on the high-def TV in the family room....and they even won for a change.

We enjoyed our stay in Highlands Ranch. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed it's location so near the walking paths. Thank you Shane for a wonderful stay. Especially loved your books on the coffee table. I read the Pat Conroy book during our stay and really enjoyed it.

Home away from home repairs....

We needed a place to stay near Cherry Hills Christian Church School while our house was being renovated. This was the perfect sized house and the perfect location for our 3-generational family's needs!

Excellent getaway spot!

This home is located in a very quiet area which is also near a beautiful walking path. It is also near shopping and restaurants which made it very handy. The home is furnished well and is great for a large family or 2 small families to share. The basement “theatre/game” room is wonderful! It is a great place to gather and spend time together. We had a short question for the owner and the response was quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home for any type of visit to the area.

Quiet and Roomy

This house is on a nice quiet cul-de-sac right next to a walking/biking path. The full kitchen was nice for preparing our own breakfasts and a dinner, and we had plenty of private space in the bedrooms and baths. A good rental for families, with a basement family/tv/movie room. It was easy to get on the main roads to access shopping and sightseeing trips from the neighborhood. Shane was a good host and very responsive to our questions and needs!

Clean, gorgeous, huge house with a game room!!

The house is gorgeous! We were greeted with beautiful fresh flowers. Shane had a pack n play waiting for me, at my request. This was beyond helpful when traveling with a baby!! The dining room sits a huge group comfortably. The beds are comfortable. The downstairs game room is a perfect place to relax and play darts, foosball, and watch a movie on the large projector. There is a fenced in back yard that the kids can run around in, and beautiful walking trails right behind the house. We give this property an A+!!!
