Our team traveled to Colorado for a backpacking experience and needed a place to rest. The host did a great job in communicating expectations and was quick to respond any questions we had. The place was beautiful and close enough to Downtown Denver to drive there in 15 minutes. There were many options for food nearby. We would definitely stay again when the team comes back next year.

Great spot for Tournament Stay!

We were a group of parents in town for Ultimate Frisbee Youth Championships. Great space with room for multiple rental cars, gear, food & people! Well placed for easy access to highway for daily commute to fields, restaurants in the downtown of Denver, and large shopping centers for supplies. Great AC for the heatwave!! Comfy beds and ample room to relax.

Super cute and fun place

This property was very comfortable for a group of 8 of us. Plenty of seating is included in the kitchen as well as the jumbo couch that is so comfy! We loved the updated pink wall upstairs and good vibes only sign downstairs. Convenient location to downtown/highway

Bandimere Speedway

Great location for driving to the speedway and to the Rapids soccer game. House met 99% of our needs. The yard needs grass and summer mosquitoes need sprayed. We wanted to use the fabulous hot tub but due to yard maintenance we did not. Also. It would be nice if renters could have a small access to the garage. Our adult daughter and her family had packed for future camping after our stay at the house. We would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Fun house to stay at with friends!

We stayed at this home for two nights. We had a great experience. The home was perfect for two families with young children. We thought the location was great. The house was clean, well decorated, and very fun. The hot tub was a fun bonus! We would definitely stay here again.
