Six house's up from Sea Street Beach. Been going down the cape my whole life I made sure to buy in the most fun family friendly area please come stay you will love it!!!

When you leave a booking request make sure to let me know the number of guests that will be staying and if your dog will be visiting the Cape with you! Small dogs more than welcome pet fee of $100

newer home with a cape cod feel. Enjoy the many flowers around the yard if you help water while having a coffee, the plants and I thank you very much

The cottage was immaculately clean with fresh sheets and thoughtful things such as plenty of towels, kitchen items, coffee cups, even spices. Very well described in the write up. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone.

The perfect beach house getaway!

This is our second time staying at Scribi House, and it was just as glorious as the first time. We tend to take short little Cape visits in the off-season and are so happy we found this little beach cottage. It is walking distance to Sea Street Beach (1 block), close to all of the activity on busy Rte 28, and cozy--but roomy. The primary bedroom has a really comfy king bed, a desk (which, unfortunately, my husband had to work at on both trips and the wifi is great), and plenty of storage for longer vacationers. The other 2 bedrooms are great for my teens--one has a full size bed, the other a twin bed. Although it is a beach cottage, the layout makes it seem so roomy! When you're hanging out in the kitchen/living room area it seems so far away from the sleeping area. There are *all* the bells and whistles to make your stay a breeze: coffee maker with full pot/single cup option; dishwasher; washer & dryer; beverage fridge; all sorts of pots and pans, glasses, mugs, dishes, utensils; and some staple food-stuff (salt, oil, some coffee pods, plastic wrap...) Joe & Christine--Bravo!

Felt very homie

I loved all the extra windows with added lighting. This is our second time staying with one of the host’s locations. There’s a lot of details that the owners really took time to perfect. I did wish the yard had a gate so we can let the dogs run but we managed.

First time in Cape Cod

Adorable, clean and comfortable cottage centrally located to just about everything. We were only there for a few days but would definitely love to rent there again for a week or longer. Host was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for dinner and things to do.

Amazing!!

This cottage was all that and a bag of chips. Our party consisted of my husband, me, our 14 year old and our 18 year old. This small cottage had plenty of personal space for everyone and plenty of space to hang out together. It is decorated beautifully—I’d call it modern-beachy. SO MANY amenities, dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, Beer/Wine fridge, washer & dryer, extra blankets and pillows readily available, plugs and USB ports at the desk and next to bed, plenty of clean towels, shampoo & conditioner, hand sanitizer…I could go on and on. It is conveniently located to everything. Just off Rte 28, steps from Sea St beach. Joe was friendly and helpful. We visited during the off-season, but he was ready with activities nearby that we wouldn’t have even thought of. I would recommend this property for families, as well as couples (up to 3 couples) looking for a fabulous, comfortable Cape stay.

Winter getaway!

We had a lovely time at Scribi’s in December. The house was bigger than the pictures show and was wonderfully equipped. We walked a down to the beach everyday and had a lovely dinner at Pelham Rooftop bar a quick walk up the road…. Will definitely rent again!!

Gorgeous Cape Cod Getaway Near the Beach!

Five Stars! Scribi’s beach house was our home away from home for a few days, only about six houses from the beach. It was the perfect cape cod getaway spot, easily accessible to Route 28 (with a Honey Dew for coffee/donuts/breakfast sandwiches on the corner). Scribi’s beach house was clean, well stocked with sheets, bedspreads, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, an electric fireplace/stove and even towels, soap and shampoo/conditioner! The owner’s personal touches did not go unnoticed. The layout of the cottage is perfect for a family of 4-5. The master was quite spacious, with a desk, king size bed and large screen t.v. Our two girls were thrilled to have their own cozy rooms. The second bedroom had a large screen TV and the third bedroom had a cozy reading nook that my oldest daughter loved. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. The owner was pet friendly and accommodating. He called prior to our stay and shared restaurant recommendations as well as information about the property.

Great getaway spot!

We wanted to stay in the Cape a few days to escape the city, and Joe’s cottage was the perfect spot! The house was clean, peaceful, and just minutes from the beach- such a nice place with adorable furnishings. Joe was great to work with and extremely responsive. Look forward to staying here again soon!

A few houses to ocean, clean and comfortable cape house

Joe reached out pro-actively to connect and make sure we had food recommendations and understood how to access the property. So appreciated! This was a very clean and well decorated house. We liked the natural light and comfy beds. It is literally a few houses from the ocean. For a change of scenery, we walked to the beach and listened to the waves. Internet was strong, easy to enter and exit. We have stayed in many places and we'd recommend this rental to others.

Great Beach House - Perfectly Located

Scribi's house was great for our family of 4 (two kids under 3 years old). The location of the house is a 2 minute walk to an array of beaches, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Also, where this house was located was great for runners. Many different options for routes- very scenic. My only criticism about the property would be the lack of preparedness with COVID-19. I know that staying in anyones house given the current circumstances is a huge risk but it would have been nice to know that the property owner would screen guests or contact trace had there been an outbreak/confirm that there was not. Overall an amazing stay.
