Dine al fresco on the private porch, grilling under the sun and stargazing after dusk. The outdoor shower will make it easy to rinse off aprés beach. Head inside the sliding glass doors and you'll find 1,100 square feet of space, from the living room to the bedrooms. Flick on the cable-equipped TV (upgrade to come) or use the WiFi to watch your favorite shows

While the kitchen exudes a classic charm, it's still equipped with modern must-haves such as a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy a hearty meal at the dining table in winter.

Lay your head in one of the three bedrooms: the master has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, the two guest rooms have a pair of cute twin beds each, and there is a new sofabed in the living room. A full bathroom for the whole house boasts beautiful brown fixtures. seven people will be accommodated here.

It had everything you needed.2 fans in every room. But one air conditioner in the window by the back door would have cooled the whole house down. Nice open floor plan. Was very hot and muggy when we were there. Much needed hand rails on front steps would have been nice. And some cleanup landscaping would have made the outside look much more appealing. Great walking areas. The ocean is just around the corner and 4 beaches are close by. You could even walk to one if you were up for it. Dennis is a beautiful area!

There's some benefits to staying in this home; close/walkable (10-12 min) to Bayview beach, very quiet & peaceful, and is close to parks, restaurants, etc. Because there is no AC, when we arrived, both bathroom floors had a lot of water on them due to the toilet tanks condensing. The cable didn't work, the outside trash can was completely full. The coffeemaker wasn't cleaned, and the trash bags were dirty from being reused. The property manager was very responsive. A contractor came by to check, the toilets, they scheduled a trash pick up, and had the cable company come out to replace the cable box.

Staying in the house was so convenient especially due to the accessibility to the ocean. The neighbors are non invasive and it is nice.

Arrived at 3:45, 15 minutes early for check in and cleaner was just getting there, claimed that they had gotten lost. Was not finished in time for us to check in at 4. Found tampon applicator and empty bottles under master bed. Trash cans were all full on arrival, animals got into them and spread trash through yard, and we had no where to put bags. Took 3 days to get a response from 1 of the 3 phone numbers we were given as local contacts. I picked up the trash so we didn’t have to look at it. Advertised that house has AC, it does not. Outdoor shower is a great feature but extremely unkempt with rotted wood. Second time staying here, first stay was similar, had given them a second chance as everyone has a bad day, figured it would be better. It wasn’t. Liked the beach it’s close to, and the walk was easy.

The listing specifically said the house had air conditioning, and it did not. It was a clean enough home, with a short walk to the beach, but not having air conditioning (especially when that was expected) was a huge disappointment - particularly with children and during a heat wave no less. It’s a decent place for the money, but be warned.

This home was exactly as described . Immaculate to walk into. Had hard time getting key lock to open and there was no back up key. After 3 phone calls got the right person who knew the trick to open lock box. Home is spacious and rooms were good size. I would live there year round If I could. Growing up on the cape is hard to go back and not have your family home anymore and have to rent a place. But loved our t iij me there and would recommend this home to anyone.

This house is in a GREAT location. A short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, short walk or drive into town for ice cream. Our family spent 10 days here and really enjoyed ourselves. The property manager was VERY responsive both to easy questions (is there recycling?) and more complicated problems like what to do with the food in the fridge when there was a power outage in the neighborhood (she offered to bring us ice and a cooler!).

I have stayed at this house the past two summers with the same group of friends and we have loved it. The house is very close to Mayflower beach, so you can walk back and forth in about 5-10 minutes. We dropped off some of our heavier stuff (coolers, chairs, etc) and then dropped off the car at home to save on parking. Aside from the proximity, the house is a little old, but has all the essentials. The outdoor shower has been our favorite aspect. Additionally, there is a nice little yard and deck area to hang out and grill/play games after a long day at beach. Finally, the house is relatively secluded. We are a younger crowd and can be louder at night, so this was perfect for us. Overall, both stays were great. Definitely recommend!

Pros: - 1/3 of a mile from the beach - Interior was clean and well kept Cons: - Beach has no public parking, resident sticker was required so you had to walk, or go to Mayflower beach where parking was twenty five dollars a day. - Outside of the house was unusable. There was a dead squirrel on the deck, the grass was up to my children's knees, and the trees were growing far enough into the driveway that we couldn't drive in and out without the branches dragging down the side of our vehicle. Overall the house was ok, the amenities were ok, but the property itself was just unkempt and seemingly ignored. The local beach was great, and was the driving factory behind renting this property, but for the price I would try a different location next time.

Another family and us, all with young kids, spent the weekend in Cape Cod in this property and had a great time. We were a bit reluctant at first to book this property because some of the older reviews, but they seem obsolete at this point. The fact that we booked the trip last minute, and that this house offered immediate booking, made us pick it. No regrets. The house is simple and old (mostly noticeable in the kitchen utensils) but otherwise very comfortable and very affordable. The beds were very comfy as far as I can tell, so was the couch. The backyard was good to spend some time out, and the grill was of excellent quality. Heating was good too; the house maintained a warm temperature even when it was chilly outside. The house is located in a super-quiet area, right in the middle of trees, which was good for us: perfect for the kids to sleep in peacefully, and perfect to not worry about them making noise within the house. Also a nice area to watch stars from as there were no lights around. The location was convenient, as it was located in the middle of Cape Cod, which made trips to anywhere a reasonably short ride. A downside is that we somehow expected to find leftovers from previous visitors, like oil and other basic kitchen supplies, as is common in many other temporary accommodations, but found nothing. Another downside is that late departure is available but they charge you a fee (around $30) to take advantage of it -- even when it's clear that nobody else will show up -- whereas other properties won't do this. The last downside is that if you plan on having late dinner in the living room while other people sleep, the noise from the living room will certainly get to the sleeping rooms and might not be pleasant for them. Anyway: all in all, recommended; would come again.

This is a great property to rent on the cape. It's an easy walk to Mayflower Beach. The amenities were great, and very well kept! Would gladly stay here again!
