The Space:
A fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, ceramic hob and cooking utensils for daily cooking. The house has a total of 5 air conditioners with hot and cold function, smart TVs, stereo, 2 sun loungers, garden furniture in front of the pool and on the porch of the house, a seating area with table and chairs in a gazebo, a bar with high chairs in the garden, outdoor shower, a gas grill, a washing machine, dryer, awnings and much more ... Bed sizes: 1 double bed 150x190 cm, a double bed 180x190 cm and a sofa bed 140x190 cm. In the downstairs flat there are x2 extra single beds 90x190 cm. Private parking spaces for 3 cars in the driveway and an additional parking space in the garage to protect your car from the weather. There is also enough space for parking on the street.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Located at the highest point of the Marquesa V, an area that receives sun all day long. This area of El Montgò is ideal for winter and summer. In summer the area stays cooler than the houses closer to the centre as it receives the sea breeze coming directly from the Mediterranean Sea. In winter the villa receives more hours of sunshine than the houses located just below the mountain. Only 6 Km from the beach of Dènia and 6,4 Km from the golf course of La Sella. The nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante, 100 km away.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
