The Space:
Marvelous villa with stunning sea views and private pool.

For rent are two flats, which are only rented to one tenant.
The main upstairs apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The apartment is spacious and has from the balcony a great view to the sea and l the pool terrace. The apartment on the ground floor is smaller - and simply furnished in the Spanish style.

The upper apartment has 1 living room, kitchen with dining-place (with dishwasher) 2 bedrooms (each with air-condition), 2 bathrooms; the downstairs apartment (with access to the pool-terrace) has 1 living room (with sofa bed), little kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 bath.

Beautiful garden with mediterranean plants and palm trees. Slight slope. Large deck in the pool area, roof terrace with sea view and lovely covered terrace on the other side of the house. The pool is allergy friendly without chemical agents and thus.

Internet per wifi available.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.ss is: Denia, Carrer Xirimoia

Getting Around:
The house is in Denia, C/Xirimoya - on hillside. Distance to the center of Denia about 3 km, sandy beach 3 km, rocky and pebble beaches 4 km, supermarket 2 km and restaurants 1 km; Golf 8 km, Horse riding 4 km.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
