Secluded waterfront paradise on 56 beautiful wooded acres!

This tranquil waterfront property allows for you to experience the North Georgia Mountains to the fullest, and is a mini-resort in its own right. "Whitewater Whispers" features an idyllic creek winding throughout the estate with large shoals that can be heard from the home, private walking trails with multiple swimming areas, and a beautifully landscaped yard with a fire pit. The interior has been thoughtfully designed with every guest in mind and is ADA accessible. The house features a heated indoor pool, spacious great room with a piano, a fully-loaded kitchen, two large bedrooms with Tempurpedic mattresses, and two full bathrooms with one featuring a walk-in rainfall shower. In addition, enjoy an oversized 2 vehicle garage, multiple decks, and even a backup automatic generator just in case. There is an outdoor security camera on the garage overlooking the driveway and parking area. "Whitewater Whispers" is truly a rare find in the area that we hope you can experience!

Our family had such a wonderful time here. The pool was great and the house was so clean and had everything you needed. Jason was very easy to communicate with and check-in and out were a breeze. I have already recommended this place to family members.

This was a really great vacation that ended way too soon. This is our first time at this property and we loved it. We love the layout of the house and the screened in porch with the sound of the stream flowing by is an amazing experience. We enjoyed staying here so much that we did very little sightseeing. Jason is a great host and was very attentive to any needs that we had. I sent him messages several times and he was always quick to respond. Thank you, Jason. If you like a beautiful, peaceful, secluded location that is away from the main stream you will surely enjoy this as much as we did.

The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could ask for. You can tell it’s well cared for and thoughtfully set up for guests.The view and sound of the river were incredible — we spent hours just sitting outside listening to the water and soaking in the mountain air. It’s the kind of place that slows you down in all the best ways. We enjoyed relaxing, spending time with family, and just taking a break from the rush of everyday life.If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful spot surrounded by nature but still close enough to good restaurants and small mountain towns, this place is perfect. Property and location are fabulous. The property is well decorated and extremely comfortable. Home has an open concept and was perfect for our family of 4. My 9-year-old twins enjoyed the pool. It is like a huge hot tub, so we enjoyed soaking at our desired temperature. The creek off on the property was the highlight for my sons and husband. They enjoyed walking there every day and sitting on the rocks. The owner was extremely responsive and made sure everything was well arranged. We were impressed and plan to book again in the future.

Top notch location and place

Our families loved this place. Owners have taken pride in the place and ensured it has everything you need. Pool was really great after a long and the ability to up the temp was an added bonus. We really enjoyed the rushing water on property and would have no issue returning.

This home is beautiful and very cozy. We loved hearing the water from the porch. We were able to walk down and "sit a spell" by the creek and enjoy such beautiful nature. The heated indoor swimming pool was great!!! The piano was a fun blessing since I play almost every day at home. The kitchen is well stocked. The landscape is gorgeous. The house is very clean! One of our favorite bonuses was getting to see the baby birds by the garage take first flight. This was a beautiful, much needed vacation for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Thank you for checking to see if we needed anything. You two are GREAT HOSTS!!!! We hope to come back again.

Beautiful, serene property and home

This property does not disappoint. The home is beautiful and well-equipped with all you could need in a vacation property. The owners were fabulous to work with and extended our stay when we could not arrive on the original arrival date. The property is gorgeous with a creek that runs in front of the house. Best Family Getaway

I've been looking for a getaway for our family where we could just escape the world and be together. This home has been the perfect place for that. Our kids, aged 10, 6, and 3, loved exploring the property. We spent time down by the stream, and they loved playing games on the grass. We used the pool every day and loved that we could adjust the temperature to our liking. The owners thought of lots of extra touches, like pool towels by the pool, board games, music books for the piano, and a coffee maker with Keurig pods. There were also a ton of kitchen devices, so we could cook to our heart's delight. The owners of this property were so responsive, and it's clear they've put a lot of love into creating a home away from home for families like ours. We can't wait to return!

Holiday in paradise!

We had an incredibly relaxed and pleasant stay in Jason's unique accommodation. The house was super clean and everything you needed or could have needed was there. The complex is a dream and the immediate proximity to the completely private river is unique (beware of the copperheads ;-))! The air conditioning provided a pleasant balance in the sometimes extremely warm temperatures now in July, the fly screens everywhere protect against everything that flies and crawls. We will miss the geckos that live on the terrace and entertained us at breakfast, as well as the unique pool that makes a bathing experience possible even when it rains. Jason was available at all times and helped and supported us with everything, thank you very much for that! We definitely recommend this complex and would love to come back!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is clean, spacious and well maintained, and the grounds are stunning. Our children had fun exploring and playing on the rocks in the creek, and the indoor pool/hot tub was perfect in the evenings and during an afternoon rain shower. We highly recommend and hope to return.

Serene getaway

My family and I loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, as it was tucked away but not too far away from family activities. We would have been content just hanging out at the house and creek, but the kids wanted to check out downtown Helen. The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Communication with the owner was great. You can tell that this place is well loved. We definitely plan on staying again.

Stunning home and location

The privacy, peacefulness, beauty and comfort of the house and surroundings are wonderful. It exceeded our high expectations, and we didn't want our time there to end. The owners were extremely attentive and accommodating. Very highly recommended, and we would love to stay there again in the future. Don't be surprised by the little fish that nibble on your toes when you're standing in the swimming hole down at the stream. They're harmless, and are performing a useful service ;-)

Fantastic Retreat! Cannot say enough!

Wonderful and amazing was clean and pleasant very accommodating! The pool was awesome for the little ones and we all enjoyed the easy location with amazing views of the river/creek! Great for families.

Great for kids and parents!

To start, the property manager answered any questions we had before we even booked. He made us feel informed about his property and comfortable to book. Once we arrived, it was everything he said it was going to be. We have 3 kids under 10 and they had the best time playing in the river, exploring and swimming in the pool. When the river was too cold in the morning (we went in March), the pool was there for an activity. The house had all the comforts of home! Plenty of blankets, extremely clean, pool towels conveniently right there on the patio, a washer and dryer for laundry, plenty of bath towels, and the list goes on. It was 10 minutes away from a grocery store, fast food and a few restaurants if you wanted to go out, or as secluded as you could ever want if you like to stay close to home. Would come back, and thank you to the owners who clearly want their guests to have a wonderful stay!
