Experience the beauty of Deltaville,VA by sleeping in the heart of it. The Deadrise Inn is within walking distance to the best local boutiques and charming cafes. This 1940’s home was recently renovated, Sleeps 12. 6 bedroom (2 are semi-private) and 2 full bathrooms (1st floor bath has handrails and shower seat) Large living room with gas fireplace and 50in SmartTV. Updated kitchen & coffee bar. Backyard gazebo, outdoor dining table, grill and games. Plenty of parking! Community pool short bike ride $7/person daily fee. Free tennis court and playground as well.

Had a family gathering for the Labor Day weekend. Needed a place that was close to our home to host additional family members. Found the Deadrise, and it was amazing. The place is the cutest little home that packs SO much into a small space. There is plenty of room for you and yours to stretch out in comfort. The home is gorgeously decorated and has everything you’ll need for your stay. There is an onsite laundry room and there are two full bathrooms. There is a large bedroom on the main level of the house and “several” bedrooms on the upper level. The appliances are stainless steel and very well maintained. The is a very large backyard with a gazebo and fire pit with chairs. Truly a lovely home in the heart of Deltaville, VA. If you need to host family members for your next gathering, please consider renting the Deadrise, you will not regret it. Enjoy!

We had a great stay at the Deadrise Inn. Plenty of room and nicely appointed. The road is a little busier than I expected, especially with kids, but we had everything we needed and the supermarket was a short drive away. Nice to have a restaurant next door and across the street as well. Thanks, Rachel, for your hospitality!

Loved the Deadrise!

We had a great time at the Deadrise and it is a beautiful property. The pictures don’t do justice to how pretty and well restored the property is. Host thought of everything with the amenities from coffee to the vanity kits. Our friends had plenty of space, and check in was the easiest process. Would highly recommend and will have other family and friends stay there this summer!

Excellent property for a large group

You couldn't ask for a nicer property or more attentive owners. It was clear that a lot of heart and soul went into renovating this house, and it paid off. The result is a stunning, spacious, and beautifully decorated home that would have been more than enough room for what was originally supposed to be a group of12, but ended up only being 9. It was also very generously stocked with amenities. Thanks for a very pleasant visit!

The home is decorated to the nines. Plenty of room for a family vacation. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything in the house is updated. Plenty of room to have a wonderful family vacation.

So Adorable !!

What a hidden gem ! Adorable , well appointed and super clean home ! We needed a place to stay for a family holiday at the river and found this cottage . Loved staying here and wish we had more time just to relax and unwind ! Close to everything and super cute !

Mimi's 75th Birthday was a success!

We had a lovely weekend celebrating birthdays, anniversaries & events. House was wonderful for our crew. We enjoyed the gazebo, the fire pit and the dining room table over cards, crabs and cocktails. For those coming to area, restaurants do close early on weekends, plan ahead with reservations. With a local baseball team nearby and festivals (this weekend being a crab feast) lots to see with neighboring shops, farmers markets and water activities a plenty! Highly recommend this house, well done! Only knock would be for a group of 9, sharing 2 bathrooms was an event. However, we had fun with it! Host is awesome! Thank you letting us use your lovely home! Gary

Great experience!

This property is clean, decorated nicely, had the most comfortable beds and was able to meet all of our needs. Definitely would recommend renting this property and would do so again if I was traveling down this way.
